Amazing place, Jonathan answers very fast and helps in everything you can need. The view is amazing. Breakfast at the balcony is a must. Property has a lot of amenities and it’s well administered also very organize. We are looking forward to come back. Thank you for all your help Jonathan it was an amazing stay.

After searching a lot, I stayed there and the place was really amazing, a very good view, super nice and comfortable, the apartment is ideal to go with your family and Lili is super friendly. I would come back again without thinking!

I stayed at Wenzel's apartment in the Wind Y building and it was excellent and one of the best experiences since everything was very nice, organized, neat and clean with all the services. The attention of all the staff of the building was excellent, always attentive and ready to collaborate. Of course, when I return to Santa Marta again I will look to stay in the same place. 100% recommended, very good host.

Edwin's apartment is as shown in the photos, everything was very clean, it is very well equipped., they helped us with the entrance before the stipulated time, which was great because we were with children. the condominium is very comfortable in its facilities, the pools are wonderful, the coffee bar on the first floor very good, also has a bar on the 19th floor and on the beach, the staff is attentive and helpful. it's a place to recommend and repeat. It's our second year in Santa Marta and our stay was great very nice apartment with sea views. They can do our grocery store and go to the restaurant on foot. the sea is not far away. Sandra our host met our expectations. Thanks again Sandra.

The stay was incredible, great location... the only thing is that there were no toiletries such as soaps, shampoos and others. Everything else is spectacular. The lady who received us was very formal and attentive.

Nice apartment close to a large shopping area with many restaurants and a supermarket. Clean and comfortable stay with easy check-in and a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Sergio’s place is absolutely stunning, it has everything I was looking for, since my parents have currently mobility issues, having the beach just in front with this beautiful view has been amazing! I highly recommended this place, and I hope I can come back with my wife and son soon!

I really liked the place, we went as friends. Very nice, great view. The only thing I would have liked is that they could suddenly say that it is a hill and that you have to walk A LOT hahaha, but that hill is definitely part of the experience. Mrs. Luz was an excellent HOST, very kind. Overall a very good experience

To start the apartment and the residential complex as such SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very friendly from the beginning, being aware of the whole family even of the dogs. They helped us in every aspect so that the stay was as comfortable as possible. In addition, we travel early and managed in the best way to manage to deliver the apartment ahead of time for our greater comfort. 100%RECOMMENDED

I really liked the location 3 blocks from the beach, from the airport you can take a bus and it leaves you one block from the building. The service at the reception was very good, very friendly, the apartment was what I expected, I would stay again.

Amazing home & great hosts! The view alone was worth the price! We really enjoyed our stay. My first time on Santa Marta was amazing. I loved that everything is in walking distance. Be mindful of the heat. It got up to 95 degrees some days, but the terrace with the whirlpool definitely cooled us off. Also the beach is so close & tons of things to do. We took a boat tour which was cool & lovely. Lots of nice breezes since it’s near the water.

This apartment is immaculatel. It was super clean, had everything necessary for a great stay including many little touches most Airbnb's do not have. the bed is comfortable, everything was in good working condition, the host that met me was very helpful and friendly. I plan to return on my next visit to Colombia and I highly recommend this apartment.
