El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, sobre la linea de playa. El edificio cuenta con carpas y sillas en la playa. Las habitaciones son muy comodas. Tiene un balcon espectacular. La lavadora y secadora fueron muy utiles. El edificio cuenta con piscina, una tienda, juegos. Super recomendado. Oswaldo muchas gracias, sin duda volveremos

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a very central location, safe and with restaurants and bars steps from the door. I liked that there was a doorman/porter and the front door snd the building was locked and secure. The pool area was clean and had a great view. The beach was a couple of blocks away. We had a wonderful time and the location was the reason we went there. However if you are a person that likes peace and quiet, you do hear music late into the night. It didn’t bother us though. Would recommend this place.

Un grab lugar para pasar unos dias en la playa. Excelente atencion en las areas comunes con el hotel y la playa. Limpio y ordenado... volveria muchas veces!

Yeimy and Marco have a beautiful studio apartment in Sui Lofts near the beach in Pozos Colorados. Its a short walk around the Hilton hotel to an amazing beach, less than a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is very well decorated, modern, exceptionally clean with strong air conditioners. A large television with cable channels👍 and Netflix. The bed is very comfortable with premium bedding. The balcony has a nice table and chairs to relax with a view of the mountains (although they are constructing a new building next door, it didn't bother me). The building has a beautiful pool which is refreshing although not heated. The kitchen was well stocked with a microwave👍. Two bathrooms and a nice sofa. Overall the place is very comfortable and well taken care of. I love the beach here because the sea is calm and you can relax in the water. Yeimy are Marcos are definitely super hosts. They were very kind and professional to me, thanks ! I would definitely return and fully recommend !

Muy buen lugar para disfrutar de la playa y el comfort en Santa Marta, disfrutamos plenamente la estancia en el apartamento con mi esposo y mi hija, súper bien equipado, tiene vista a la playa y se puede llegar caminando, cuenta con amenidades piscina moderna y gimnasio todo muy limpio, la zona es segura y de muy fácil acceso en carro e incluso se puede tomar bus para ir al centro histórico, tiene parqueadero propio. Nicolas muy buen anfitrión, nos ayudó desde el principio hasta el final de nuestra visita, sin duda volveremos de nuevo. Súper recomendado!!!

Una de las mejores ubicaciones para pasar vacaciones en Santa Marta, la zona excelente, las instalaciones impecables, la pasamos super bien en el alojamiento, se sentia un poco estrecho por que estabamos con los niños, pero en general muy acogedor, si estas en pareja encontraras un lugar muy comodo y acogedor.

Lo que resalto del departamento es: Una vista muy bella de la montaña Un balcón muy amplio El depto es muy luminoso El edificio tiene una piscina muy linda y tiene lavadora y secadora de ropa. La ubicación está muy buena porque está muy cerca del.centor y la playa y a su vez es una zona muy tranquila. Cosas a mejorar: el colchón, equipamento de cocina, los cajones y algún lugar en el baño para colocar los elementos de.higie e personal. Luciana estuvo atenta a mis mensajes y siempre recibí una respuesta de su parte.

Great Stay! The apartment was spotless and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt very safe with the attention to building security. The location is perfect, right across from the Hilton, walking distance from the beach and there’s a mini-market downstairs which made grabbing snacks and water super convenient. The host was very responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing worth noting is there is some ongoing construction in the area. One side of the apartment faces the site, so you might hear noise during weekdays and Saturday mornings, though Sunday was much quieter. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, and I understand it's out of the host’s control, but if you're someone who’s looking for complete silence, this might be something to consider. I’d also recommend bringing your own shower essentials like shampoo and soap bar, as these aren’t provided, but everything else was fantastic.

Muy bonito lugar, está muy cerca de la playa y tiene hermosa vista, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Es un apartamento muy lindo, es igual que en las fotos y el balcón fue mi lugar favorito, los atardeceres que se ven son hermosos y también escuchas a los pájaros. Está rodeado de naturaleza. La piscina es grande y tiene también una vista impresionante y el gimnasio tiene máquinas y mancuernas suficientes y en general el staff en el edificio es muy amable. La zona tiene cerca un centro comercial con restaurantes y un Carulla al que se puede ir caminando. También a un par de cuadras hay un D1 y un Ara. Y alrededor de dos cuadras o tres queda la playa. Angela siempre se comunicó conmigo, estuvo atenta y fue muy amable. Lo recomiendo.

I wrote a long review for Pedro´s place earlier in the year so I won´t repeat so much here but the fact that I´m here again speaks for how much I rate being here. It´s very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and it is close to the beach and transport to surrounding areas. Everyone has been really lovely, friendly and helpful and Pedro is excellent at responding if there´s anything you need. Highly recommended and I´m grateful Pedro welcomed me back :)

Excelente apto para una buena estadía, por mi parte estuve 8 días y todas las noches era muy agradable llegar a recargar energías para el día siguiente, portería muy atenta a las solicitudes, y los anfitriones también, volvería sin duda alguna!

Excelente estadía, lugar acogedor y fácil comunicación con el Señor Eduardo. Todos los que trabajan ahí fueron muy amables Todo queda muy cerca, la playa, el centro comercial, Ara, D1. Fácil desplazarse en bus a donde quiera que vaya. Super recomendado. Estuvimos muy contentas.
