Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, you can enjoy it like home. It boasts a large kitchen, with an American fridge, an Air fryer, an oven, a coffee maker and all the mod cons to allow for easy cooking. There is one other room set apart from the main house, which I normally use.
