For those who prefer to drive to the beach we can provide guidance on some secret free parking spaces nearby!

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. GVR02757 2 Bed 1 Bath apt. above the garage behind our house in the East End Historic District. The apt is completely separate from our house and is not occupied below. It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and just about everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.

Old Corner grocery store renovated into Cordray Drug Store on show "Restoring Galveston" on Magnolia. This rental space UPSTAIRS is completely separate with its own entrance. Bedroom has queen bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Living room has Smart TV. Washer and dryer! Outdoor space is shared during 12-6 business hours. Expect noise downstairs during shop hours 12-6 pm Tuesday-Sunday.
