Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Galway

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Terry, qui a été un hôte hyper réactif et compréhensif. Le logement est parfait, simple et fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Quelle chance de vivre dans un endroit pareil. Terry et sa femme sont charmants, discrets et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir..

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartung mehr als übertroffen. Das Céilí Cottage (fußläufig nach Spanish Point Beach, Golfclub und den Bellsbridge Restaurant, ca. 5 Minuten mit den Auto nach Miltown Malbay) ist gut gelegen. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Das Badezimmer ist wunderschön und sowie auch das gesamte Cottage makellos gereinigt. Besonders freute uns aber Keiths Gastfreundschaft: im Céilí Cottage zu übernachten fühlt gleichzeitig an wie eine Übernachtung im 5-Sterne-Hotel und einen alten Freund zu besuchen. Wir kehren auf jeden Fall wieder zurück!

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with the hosts was smooth and prompt from start to finish. The home is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet still conveniently close to Galway by car. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet retreat. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We very much enjoyed our one night stay. Roomy home with comfortable beds and was very clean, tidy and easy parking across the street. An easy drive up to Westport or down to the Quay. Walking to town would be a challenge for us older folks with the hills. Thanks!

My 2 weeks in Cong at John Joe’s apartment were more than wonderful. The upstairs apartment had everything I needed plus more to be comfy and cozy. John Joe is a generous host, at the ready to provide whatever I needed. He is a gentleman and as a long resident of Cong widely known and highly respected in the village. He is a lovely man whose kindness infused my experience. I had a deeply happy time in Cong and the charm and aesthetic of John Joe’s airbnb apartment made my time there one that is already among my most treasured destinations - an experience of a lifetime. Great place, hosts are very welcoming and responsive. Couldn't ask for a better location, even the neighbours are very friendly. Nothing to say price wise because well accommodation is not cheap in Ireland, it is to be expected but for the comfort (place and location) we had compared to other places this was a sure bet.

we had a wonderful few days... perfect location for a visit to the Aran islands and Spiddal area. Niamh gave us a warm welcome, the house was spotlessly clean and cleverly set up for a small space. We had a small issue with WiFi at intervals but we would have no hesitation in visiting again...thank you Niamh..We highly recommend a visit to An Teach Dubh

Five star plus for this house, large yet cosy, close to amenities, walking distance to gastro pub swimming from the pier which was 3 minutes from the front door or fabulous beach only a ten minute drive away. Stayed with our daughter and son-in-law both of whom had digital work to do, plenty of room for us all while zoom and teams meetings were going on. Their small dog loved the house and garden! Great location, great communication from the host, and while it was self check in host ensured someone was there to greet us which was a lovely touch after a long drive up. Extremely well stocked kitchen and lots of books and magazines lying around. Wasn’t tempted to turn on the TV during our four night stay. Flexible check out made it a great stay as there was no frantic rush to leave. Highly recommended 5*+

This was our second visit to Pulgloss, and we love it just as much as the first time. The ever-changing view of Clare Island is endlessly enjoyable. The house is perfect for our family getaway—comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious. Catherine is a fantastic host; when we encountered a minor issue with the key and the dishwasher, she responded and resolved it immediately. The addition of a travel cot for our new born was really helpful. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you, Catherine and Peter, for another wonderful experience!

Gorgeous 2 bed lodge located alongside owners main house but private. V modern, clean with lovely bathrooms x 2. Comfortable beds & Geraldine left filtered water, homemade brown bread, butter/jam & a bottle of wine for us. Lovely forest with walks right at the front door. A folder with tips and local attractions was also there which was helpful. We visited Cliffs Of Moher & Doolin one day. Ate in Linnane’s another evening, delicious seafood. Morans looked lovely with nice setting. Located 25 mins from Galway city but we spent our time mainly in Clare.

Traveling with my two kids across the country, this cottage was an absolute dream to arrive to. From the moment we arrived, the little ones raced straight for the bunk room. The safety rails made them feel secure, and my older boy couldn’t get enough of the cozy couch tucked under the loft bunk. He set up “camp” there and played happily for hours while my husband and I enjoyed some plump, briny oysters we’d picked up in Clarinbridge (there’s a great little French patisserie there too). The views are spectacular—pinks, oranges, and blues shifting as the sun moves across the bay. The house sits between two fields, so in the afternoons, we cranked up the music and danced around the kitchen. It felt like a proper escape. The locals were incredibly friendly, and having an EV charger at the cottage made things even easier. Our loft bedroom was definitely compact, but the king sized bed was ridiculously comfy! There’s so much charm in this oceanfront haven! Can’t wait to go back!

Great location and exactly as described. Everything was perfect for us and it was lovely when one of the dogs especially called to our door, our toddler was delighted 😊 will definitely be back again 👍

We were traveling with 6 people- 3 adults and 3 kids (3,7,9) and really enjoyed the house and property. My kids played outside every morning and evening and enjoyed the “beach area” and “walking trail” (as they called it). It was a peaceful retreat as part of our 18 day journey around Ireland.

Beautiful house, a proper home from home. Comfortable living room and lovely bedrooms. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't so great, but we did manage to sit outside and look at the wonderful views.

Have been staying and working in this area for a few weeks and so this apartment is perfect. It’s really clean and private, with easy check in and everything you could need. The host is communicative and quick to reply to queries. Would recommend a stay here! ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The location was beautiful, it was incredibly spacious! It was spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful, and really took time to think of all the little details to make the stay comfortable. I would just say to be aware that others are renting the main house below you. You have your own door to lock so it’s not uncomfortable, but you do enter the same front door as them. And if you want to use the laundry you need to walk around back and enter the house from the back ; so it is possible that the other family is outside or can see you from the dining area. It didn’t bother us , but the other family staying there wasn’t aware we would be there, so just thought it worth mentioning. But we loved the stay!

Gráinne’s place was stunning and so peaceful! The views of the lake and the farm were gorgeous. It was a quick drive to Oughterard and had some yummy food at the local pub. The baby foul was so sweet as well! Gráinne was very responsive and had a list of recommendations for us. We really enjoyed our time here!

We had a good time at Páidís place. The room was spacious and really nice. Everything was as it has been discribed. Even though we did not meet our hosts in person the communication was good. There is only one thing to take in consideration when staying in this accomodation: it is not exactly close to anything and you better have a car to get around!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Just a quick stroll to the prom, our hosts were very helpful and left a high chair and toys for our little boy to enjoy. The apartment and vlean and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Brilliant location and great and communicative hosts. Left us lovely treats too which was a lovely surprise.
