Holiday rentals with a patio in Galway

John’s sanctuary in Lisdoonvarna is 100%, hands down, the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location is very out of the way in the best way - it felt so peaceful and was the perfect way to take in the Irish countryside. We received great hospitality from John, from check-in, which he assisted with on site, to local recommendations and prompt responses via chat. We will definitely plan another stay at this place again when in the area.

Lovely place to stay and very spacious for 3 travelers. It’s not quite in city center but close enough to walk. The nearby Tesco made it easy to buy groceries and other items.

Nicely furnished, comfy beds, great TV and excellent location, right by the brilliant Glynn’s pub. Lots of other places to eat and drink close by and just a short journey into Galway too.

This place looked just like the pictures - actually it was bigger than we expected!! Beautiful location, super clean. Full kitchen was perfect for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. Absolutely lovely and would return!!

Les lits dans la grande chambre sont confortables, la cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut pour des petits repas simples. Parfait pour trois adultes. A box of chocolates and bottle of Baileys greeted us upon arrival at the exceptionally clean and well appointed apartment. Spacious kitchen, living room and stone walled patio made our 2 couple stay delightful. The view of Clifden Bay was serene and private. Lounging on the patio in the Irish sun with a cold Guinness made it hard to leave at times! SuperValu grocery, deli, bakery and wine, beer and spirits a 2 minute walk away. And downtown with a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants only 3 walkable minutes nearby as well. Great location to visit Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park, Sky Roadand the charming coastal village of Roundstone. Host, Liz, endlessly attentive and available. So fortunate to have such a caring soul as part of our visit! 5+ 🌟 s

Great apartment for enjoying all that Galway has to offer! Walkable to all the key places and very peaceful with wonderful views! Great for families, clean, comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family visited Galway and we were lucky to find Mary's house to stay during our visit! The location was absolutely perfect, with walking distance to main attractions, but also on a quiet street. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Mary is a wonderful host and appreciate the open communication. Would 100% recommend a stay at Mary's place!!!

Sehr schönes und modenes Haus. Es war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Stadtzentrum von Galway ist schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig ums Haus.

I’ve traveled to many countries across the world and stayed and numerous Airbnbs. Tappy’s Cottage is definitely in my top 3. What a charming cottage. It was perfect for a slow morning on the second half of our journey through Ireland. Theresa was also an amazing host. She was easy to communicate with and was kind enough to leave snacks and essentials for our arrival. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. What an amazing little place!

A perfect, dreamy location with amazing views and the natural world all around you! A wonderful spot to enjoy nature, to enjoy water and to have friends and family comfortably around. A quintessential lake house in every sense. Would HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous and magical spot.

Lovely apartment in a private complex! It was centrally located in a great part of town but still felt secluded and private. Perfect space for our stay and for our large group! We loved that the bedrooms were spaced out on multiple floors. The hosts were lovely and communicative. Instructions for check-in were super detailed. Overall, a great stay!

Justin und Veronica sind großartige Gastgeber! Super freundlich und zuvorkommend und sie reagieren blitzschnell auf Nachrichten :-) Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Küche war mit allem bestückt, selbst mit Grundnahrungsmitteln, sodass man gut in den Tag starten konnte, auch wenn man es eventuell vorher noch nicht in einen Supermarkt geschafft hätte. Das Bett war sehr bequem das Zimmer an sich sehr geräumig. Wir kommen gern wieder.

The views from the house and the peaceful location were everything that I was hoping for. You definitely need a car to get around, as indicated in the description, but the local shop and pub are within easy walking distance. The house was clean and tidy, and pleasantly warm as well. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with everything you could want. There were 4 adults in my party and we each got a room to ourselves, but you could easily fit twice as many people and the house wouldn't feel crowded. Stunning area with plenty of wonderful hikes and things to see within 15-45 mins away. Loved it!

Lovely place a few minutes walk to a handful of great pubs and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well stocked with extra towels, etc. Great communication from Fiona prior to our stay which included lots of useful suggestions on things to do and places to see in the area.

Immaculate. The space was perfect. I didn’t want to touch half of the unit because of how clean it was. James even had many snacks and sundries for us like bread, milk, butter and anything else you needed to make a meal. Walking distance from the city and a perfect place to spend a few days in Galway. If I come back, this is where I’ll be staying. Highly recommend.

I felt right at home in this beautiful, cosy, picturesque AirB&B with a beautiful garden. The attention to detail was exceptional. On arrival the radio was playing, the heating was on and there were some lovely homemade scones along with a welcome note layed out on the breakfast bar. This created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The garden and small patio create a private and beautiful space to relax and unwind in. Especially at this time of year with the flowers in full bloom and the birds singing. You have everything you could possibly need, Michelle has thought of everything, and the town is within walking distance. Plus the soap in the bathroom is a real luxury and smells so nice. Michelle is a lovely, kind and considerate host, she's easily reachable and truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this AirB&B

Amazing stay!! The view from the apartment is incredible!! Walkable to everything near by, Cormac provided us with a pack n play for our daughter which was a big help. The bed was the most comfortable we have had in our 2 week trip!! Can’t beat the location, views place and Cormac was very nice! We are warm people so only thing we could have used was a floor fan but we never asked for one so that was on us. Lovely stay and would absolutely return!

A tiny bit squirrely to find with Galway’s one way streets, but once we found it, the host was waiting to show us in and tell us everything we needed to know. Super comfortable space, easily walkable to local attractions, very nice local people. We enjoyed our stay in Galway.

Beautiful views, in ideal location. The accommodation itself was clean and has everything you need.

Hosts have worked hard to create a modern space. We especially appreciated the washing machine, dishwasher and walk-in shower. Beautiful country views and a friendly dog that loved our pats. Host Vinny greeted us and made sure we were comfortable.

We loved staying here. So peaceful, quite and had Horses, donkeys, and cattle close by. Very close to Shop's, Pubs, and amenities. Would strongly recomend for a time away.
