Guest apartment on Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Cozy cottage with a private garden in wonderful Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and has 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
