Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance floor offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Street house "Lilla e" centrally in Ystad

Within walking distance to the train station, cozy cafes, shops, restaurants, the beach, is this delightful little street house from the late 1800s. Fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan towards the inviting living room. There is also a practical laundry area with both washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, a quiet sleeping area awaits with a double bed, two single beds and a tent bed, while the sofa bed in the living room on the lower floor can provide two additional sleeping places. Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Gästhus om ca. 50 kvm, några kilometer utanför Ystad. Här bor du lugnt och fridfullt precis intill fälten i gårdsmiljö. Utanför altandörren finns en egen uteplats i söderläge. Bil kan parkeras precis utanför huset. I huset finns ett sovrum i bottenplan med en dubbelsäng (180cm) och på sovloftet, som nås via en trappstege, finns två enkelsängar (90cm x 2). Spjälsäng finns att låna. Cykelvägen tar dig hela vägen till Ystad (ca. 7km till centrum), det finns cyklar att låna.

You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.

Veberöd is located in the middle of southern Skåne, so it's close to Österlen, Ystad, Copenhagen, Malmö and most of it actually!
