From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.

Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Gaming room! Roof terrace of 35 sqm with large gas grill. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
