Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gangbuk-gu

very easy to take the airport limousine to arrive, as well as get the bus or subway when traveling around the city. the building was secure and had great amenities, and was just a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the general area where there were loads of restaurants and shops with everything you need.

Wonderful place to stay! It’s connected to the train station floor which made this AIRBNB very accessible, which I found very helpful and accessible considering I was travelling with my mother. The room looks exactly like the photos. It’s a little bit smaller than I expected, but there was enough room to lay out 2 large sized luggage and 2 carry on luggage. You get a wonderful view of the namsan tower, and the city view in direction of Myeong-dong. Wecostay responded quickly to my inquiries. As other reviews have mentioned, I would highly suggest checking in and out of peak times as the wait for the elevators are long. During my stay I decided to leave around 10:30am and waited 8-10 minutes to finally get on it without people inside already. Otherwise, use of elevator is quick outside of those times. It’s a convenient location (10min walk to myeongdong or one station stop) if you want to do some shopping as well ☺️

First of all - view is just wow and worth the price alone. Host was very good and responsive as well, giving us warnings about possible rain and even helped us take out the trash when needed, as we stayed for a couple of weeks. What matters to me personally while traveling is the bed, and while in this case its just a matrass, I am happy to say that it was probably even more comfortable than my own bed. While the space where you sleep is not too big (you can reach the ceiling with your hand while laying, it was pretty funny), but everything is comfortable and made resting before every day very easy. All in all, I can gladly say this place enhanced our stay in Seoul and we were very happy about it. Host, bed, shower, kitchen, view - everything was perfect. Thank you Joy for providing this accomodation. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb for 10 days and had an absolutely excellent experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. Perfecte plek voor Seoul. Vlak bij de Lotte tower, diverse restaurants in de directe omgeving.Midden in de stad, maar wel in een heel rustige zijstraat.

Beautiful property in a great part of Seoul. it was cosy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. every appliance was new or nearly new and more than adequate. bed were great for sleep after a day exploring your surroundings. bathroom was very high quality and spotlessly clean. the whole place was a dream, so sad to have to leave, but already planning our next visit! Jinsoon is a great host and likes meeting new people, she loves to be proactive and take you out for breakfast or make you a special ‘Jinsoon style’ meal at home, served on the small patio area. She is a keen wine and anything with bubbles enthusiast! The apartment is ‘shabby sheik’ and spacious with an unusual high ceiling. It’s very quiet and private, situated behind other dwellings, up from the road. There are three different regular buses which will take you into Seoul 10mins The bus stop is 1 min walk from the apartment. The area is great to start the City Wall walk 18.5km (lots of steep walkways/stairs) recommend to do over 3 days if you wanted to complete the circuit of Seoul. Would highly recommend going to Sokcho for the National Park, Express bus from Seoul Express bus terminal, journey takes 2.5/3hrs I’d recommend a 3 day stay to walk and hike in the Seoraksan beautiful national park. The apartment is easy to walk from for the many cafes and homely restaurants in the town.

This AirBnb was exquisite. It's an exceedingly beautiful hanok, with a lovely garden and semi-open air bath. The garden lights at night transform the space into something magical. The location was prime - close to many famous cafes in Ikseondong, a stone's throw away from Changdeokgung, and walkable to Insadong and Bukchon Hanok Village. I appreciated how the hosts communicated clearly and kindly, and responded rapidly to questions. Thank you for an amazing stay!

House was clean and homey and great for our family of seven (adults & teens). Beds were comfortable; downstairs/basement rooms were a bit damp-smelling, but quite livable. Bathrooms were clean and easy to use, and amenities were as advertised and very useful! Host was very quick to respond to an issue with the water heater being accidentally turned off (was able to turn on remotely).

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

Beautiful place - better than the pictures! Great location near the subway stop. Up a bit on a hill but taxi can stop outside the door. Lucia was always very responsive and helpful. I so enjoyed my stay. Great host - left cute notes and snacks.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

Apartment is clean, good for a small family. Near the main Hongdae area within walking distance. Host is very responsive and helpful, even at late hours. Located in an old building so there are no lifts, but the unit is just a short flight of steps up.

An absolutely amazing Airbnb stay. Host was so welcoming and even came to the Airbnb to greet us and help us. The Airbnb is in a perfect location right near the station and a short walk to the famous hongdae Street. The airbnb has everything you need and it is clean and tidy. It looks amazing in person and we felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone staying in Seoul. Will surely stay here again when returning to Korea. Host was amazing and very helpful. 너무나 쾌적한 곳에서 편하게 머물다 갑니다. 주변에 창포원 공원도 있어서 아침에 산책하기에도 좋았어요. 도봉산 근처에 맛집들도 좋았구요. 다음에 다시 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

El lugar perfecto para una estancia corta o larga. El metro está muy cerca y hay muchas tiendas alrededor. Está muy limpio y ordenado. Me encantó!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.
