Our house is 10 minutes by taxi to Gimpo Airport It is located a 5-minute walk from Jeungmi Station on Line 9, so you can easily go anywhere in Seoul. My guest house is located 5 minutes from Subway Line No.9 Jeungmi station, it is very easy to trip every Seoul City. (It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen. Our property is suitable for couples, solo travellers, and business travelers. My guest house is suitable for couples, flashpackers and business travelers. Be My Guest!!!

It’s good to transferring guest. Easy to travel in the other city(Jeju Island, Busan etc.). Because the domestic airport and Seoul Station(KTX/Korea Train eXpress) is easy to get. And there are mega shopping center(Lotte mall), traditional market and park around the guest house. You can easily reach every sites in Seoul from my house. And through the large window you can feel real local landscape of Seoul.

I needed a last minute place to stay near Gimpo airport for a morning flight to Jeju, and this place was perfect. Ethan was extremely responsive and helpful - he even waited for us at our arrival time to make sure we had a parking spot! I definitely recommend and would stay again - thanks!

This place was perfect for our family trip to Korea. It’s super close to Gimpo Airport and right next to a subway station, so getting around Seoul was really easy. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and even had a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The host was also incredibly friendly and quick to respond, really impressive! We’re definitely planning to stay here again on our next visit to Korea.

My stay at this hotel was overall very pleasant. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of local eateries nearby — perfect for grabbing a tasty and affordable meal. There’s also a great restaurant on the ground floor where you can comfortably have dinner every evening. The room was clean and cozy, with fresh towels, clean bed linen, and a fully equipped bathroom (including a hairdryer, cotton swabs, etc.). The heated floors were a wonderful touch, especially during the colder months. That said, there were a few downsides. The soundproofing isn’t ideal. While most daytime noise was well blocked, I could still hear conversations, and even snoring from neighboring rooms at night. Also, the fridge hums quite noticeably. Earplugs are highly recommended for a good night’s sleep. All in all, it’s a solid place to long stay with great amenities and a calm atmosphere.

It's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in.. Even though it's in the direction of the road, the neighborhood is quiet, so even if you leave the windows open at night, it's not noisy at all. It's soundproofed and the building is clean. There was everything I needed around the accommodation, and I liked that even the subway was right in front of the building, so I thought I wanted to live there. I can see that you cared about the accommodation. The bed was comfortable, and there was a small table, so it was very comfortable to eat or work. I think I'll use it again next time if I get a chance!
