Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Sleeping in a cozy farmhouse with a beautiful view over the surrounding meadows? In the small, peaceful village of Cossaye, we rent out the HIDE OUT: the perfect place to unwind. Here, you can enjoy the stunning sunset every evening from the terrace and watch the cows roaming freely in the adjacent pasture. Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

On the ground floor, an open kitchen with large living room (lounge area with wood stove and dining room), bedroom (bed 160 x 200), toilet, laundry room. Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Small 70 m² detached house in a hamlet of Bourbonnais woodland in Nièvre, fully restored, comfortably furnished, 30 minutes from the thermal baths of Bourbon Lancy, Saint-Honoré-les-Bains. Activities: Possibility of day fishing. Walks, bikes. "LE PAL" water and zoological amusement park. Accommodation during hunting season with kennel available.
