We have made this house into a family home & are delighted to be able to share it with you. It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. A true home away from home, just minutes from St Emilion & family lake beaches.

Le Cottage is an ideal retreat. On arriving a tree lined private drive greets you to the property. This calm and tranquil cottage is surrounded by vines, greenery and a private woodland allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay. This peaceful home can offer you nice walks and enjoyable evenings “en famille” or “entre amis” in the spacious garden or cosy terrace. Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

Un couple avec quatre enfants ou trois couples maximum peuvent être logés . draps Lits et serviettes bain fournis. Salle de bain et toilettes séparées. Cuisine indépendante et entièrement équipée. Aire de pétanque et molkki , table et chaises de jardin . bbq . Le gîte ( 110m2) est une ancienne maison de vigneron entièrement rénovée en 2018.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Discover the magical world of "La Source de Genes". Perched on the heights of the hill Genès de Castillon, you will contemplate beautiful sunsets on the Saint-Émilion bell tower (8 min drive) and its millennial vineyards. Former pheasant aviary, very recently restored, you will have at your disposal a 40 m2 terrace with a breathtaking view, a very large 45 m2 living room (a sofa + a single bed) and a spacious 14 m2 bedroom (a 160 cm double bed).
