Holiday rentals with a patio in Garrucha

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

fabulous stay at Gordon's apartment. Sea views from balcony spectacular. There were also lots extras which helped, like a lovely welcome pack, domestic products firestick tv! The whole experience was great and Hosts were so helpful. Highly recommended.

We have visited this area often in the past and it is by far the superior area to be located. Accommodation has had a tactful and modern re -fit with super bathroom facilities and as we were on an extended vacation the kitchen was fully used and comprehensively equipped with current appliances. Great views over the community garden with an excellent family pool all within a short walk to the beach , bars and restaurants .

The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival by the accommodation, much more spacious than in the photos, decoration and perfect condition. The terrace is spectacular. Despite being able to park on the street, the fact that they let us use the garage is also a plus. Good location and very quiet area to disconnect and rest. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The host and family member who welcomed us were very kind and attentive, giving us many facilities at all times. It was a wonderful stay, and if we can, we will definitely repeat. Thank you for sharing this home and giving guests a great vacation great.

A tranquil stay in a very well maintained house with beautiful surroundings.

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

We had a pleasant stay. Silvana welcomed us very warmly and accompanied us. The place is very pretty, quiet and good location. We strongly recommend!

One of the best homes in Cabo de Gata! A house of 10 Super clean High-equipped

Casa Corina is in a quiet and beautiful area with gardens, and you can walk to the beach. The house has plenty of kitchenware, and a variety of cleaning and cooking products. There is a relatively large supermarket in the village, where you can buy what you need. The host is friendly, he left us welcome drinks and the language is not a problem. The only downside is that if you go in early June there are quite a few mosquitoes, until they fumigate, although the house has mosquito nets. It is recommended to consult with the owner in advance on these dates. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Our stay was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Carmen was always available and attentive by phone, and she greeted us promptly with a very friendly and close attitude. He explained everything about the house clearly and warmly, which made us feel at home from the beginning. The place is fantastic, cared for even the smallest detail, with impeccable cleanliness. Absolutely nothing is missing: it is fully equipped with everything you may need. In addition, the location is ideal, in a very quiet environment and only 3 minutes from the town. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

We liked Carlos' accommodation very much & the communication with him was uncomplicated and very friendly. The setup matched the photos. Due to the thinner ceiling, it was noisy from the apartment above - but it was not a problem for us.

We spoke with Juani and she was very attentive at all times, she gave us a list of things we could see and restaurants in the area, they gave us a little gift when we arrived, which we appreciated. The house is beautiful and was very clean. We went with a 4-year-old and he had many things to have fun with, a trampoline and air game. He even made friends with the neighbors. They have Netflix and we were able to watch a movie. They changed the pool code and Juani immediately gave us the new one. They gave us flexibility for the departure, which is greatly appreciated. I'm sure we'll repeat next year because we came back very happy. Thank you ❤️ Notice to other guests, in Murcia there are many mosquitoes so I recommend bringing citronella or something for the skin for the mosquitoes. They had spray in one of the cabinets we use inside the house.

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always on the lookout for us. On the day of the entrance we were quite late, however it was on us until 2am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!

Home in a state of impeccable cleanliness. Ideal if what you are looking for is disconnection, good weather and tranquility. The accommodation has everything you need to be in it, as if you were at home, whether you want to stay longer in the house or if you want to go out for lunch or dinner nearby without needing to take the car. Beach about 300 meters walk (nudist area) or 350 meters if you prefer textile. Supermarket consumption very close, along with nearby bars and restaurants as well. In the apartment we found everything we needed (we were with two children), it has a very comfortable terrace and a large solarium where at night it is great with very good views. The development is in perfect condition and has a pool area with a green area ideal for relaxing in which the children enjoyed a lot. The nearby villages, Vera, Mojacar, Villaricos, are very nice.
