We had a really nice stay at Nadia and John's cottage. The deck was fantastic, and the cottage was really clean and comfortable. The week went by too quickly.

Beautiful place to relax. we did not go on the water but did use the hot tub. House main floor has an open concept which is nice for kids.

We really enjoyed our stay for our 50th anniversary. beautiful surroundings and very relaxing time. the cottage had good amenities and we would recommend staying for a relaxing get away, for a peaceful time in the country side. John & Sally

Wow. The views of the lake from from this place are absolutely stunning! We had a great time and were very comfortable here. We loved the hot tub and the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided for use on the lake. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a tranquil place near Ottawa.

This was our second time at Stephane’s place and it was just as we remembered. A very special place. It is a great place to relax, enjoy some peace and quiet and reconnect with nature. All while listening to some great music and discovering the small amusing details. Thank you for sharing your incredible place. We needed and enjoyed our time here.

Thanks for a great stay. We had everything we needed in the house with wonderful access to a lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards to explore the expansive shoreline. The location is near some walking trails in the woods which our dog really enjoyed. The cottage was adjacent a public beach which was busy on the weekends, however nice and siren on the weekdays to sit and watch the sunrise. We would certainly recommend and stay again.

Location was great. The place was as described. We had a good time. Kevin was also very responsive and fixed a small issue for us quickly upon arrival. Would recommend

We had a lovely stay at the little blue cottage. Exactly as pictures and even more lovely. It was perfect with lots of places to be cozy inside and enjoy outside. We didn’t have great weather but inside was so cozy with lots of views we barely noticed. Bonus points for the great selection of games, well equipped and stocked kitchen, and comfy beds!

Kiara was a great host. Friendly approachable , attentive and proactive. Her home is lovely, the surroundings were beautiful and the docks were well maintained , which was a plus , as we brought our boat to explore the river and spent tons of time watching otters, eagles, herons, fish ( and fishermen floating by!) from the dock. The beds and sheets were luxurious, which was so very welcome as we stayed for two weeks. I read in the reviews about the “bonus goats” and chickens but truly didn’t recognize how important they are to encouraging relaxation !! Loved the whole experience. Thank you, thank you!

I had an absolutely rejuvenating stay in this beautiful chalet. The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, with several comfortable and intimate spaces where you can really unwind. The rooms are well spaced from each other, allowing everyone to enjoy moments of calm and intimacy. Laura is a caring host and always available when needed, while respecting our tranquility. And what can we say about the lake... a true haven of peace. The water is clear, the landscape superb. It's a perfect place to reconnect with yourself or simply enjoy the silence. I leave rested, happy, and already nostalgic. I recommend this little corner of paradise without hesitation.

This place is really lovely, peaceful and quiet. The grounds are gorgeous and everything in the home was really well stocked and nicely furnished. Just a note that it was cold and we didn’t use the screened in dining/living area. It is open air, so be mindful. We would recommend! Great remote getaway!

We spent a wonderful week at the Chalet Belle Vue. It has a fantastic backyard with a huge deck — perfect for family entertainment. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained and packed with fun activities like a trampoline, volleyball net, axe throwing, access to kayaks and a paddle boat. The lake view is beautiful. If you're a light sleeper, consider choosing the lakeside bedroom to avoid hearing vehicles on Route 321 early in the morning or during daytime naps. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need and more. The hosts Jessica and James are very kind and responsive. We highly recommend this cottage — a great place to relax and have fun!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was beautiful and clean. The dock and beach area were pristine. We used all of the available kayaks and peddle boat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The lake itself was calm and beautiful-we had a great time exploring and fishing. We definitely recommend. Great memories were made!

We had a wonderful stay at Catherine’s Airbnb. The place was spotless—super clean and well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect: quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax and unwind. Catherine’s communication was also excellent. She provided clear instructions and even included a welcome binder with all the details we needed during our stay, which was a nice and helpful touch. The only downside was that the kayak paddles were missing. I had really been looking forward to using the kayaks, so it was a bit disappointing that they weren’t replaced before our arrival. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’d definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for a clean and peaceful getaway!

From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and proactive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Reading the reviews beforehand definitely helped us envision and prepare for the property. The layout of the home was absolutely great, offering a wonderful flow throughout. All the rooms are very large, providing ample space and comfort for everyone. The amenities provided were fantastic, adding so much to our enjoyment. We especially loved the huge open-concept design with the large windows, which created such an inviting and bright atmosphere. We had a truly wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a superb getaway. Thank you to our hosts for such an amazing experience!
