Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and the swimming pit in the water. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter-october.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
