Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

Light a fire in the wood stove in the morning, take a dip in the pool or a sauna after a walk in the woods. The Dalälven river is 1 km down the road with a swimming jetty. The farm's animals often walk freely so it is possible to socialize closely with dogs, cats, chickens, horses and sheep.

Otrolig utsikt över åkermark och skog, fantastiskt solläge och en nybyggd terass med pool som är öppen från 15/5-15/9. Bastu och badtunna är i bruk året om. Här finns alla bekvämligheter för en familj eller grupp på upp till 10 personer. Kamin, tvättstuga, bra gasolgrill, fem rymliga sovrum, pingisbord och studsmatta. Alla sängar är kvalietssängar från Kungsängen eller hästens.
