Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gavleborg County

I‘ve never slept so close to the sea. Awesome! This house is posh and affordable at the same time. I have to come back to stay a bit longer! Try the Restaurant. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

We stayed at Mattias’s house for 3 nights after a few days in Stockholm and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax! The surroundings were beautiful… it was private and quiet! Cozy porch to relax and visit in . Ate our meals in dining room with beautiful views! We used the sauna briefly… it was a great option. Our favorite was the hot tub! We highly recommend Mattia’s place and would love to come back!

Great place that we recommend! We only stayed a short time so we arrived late in the evening but the cottage is super cozy and Emelie was a very nice and flexible host. In addition, my partner, who is allergic to furry animals, even noticed that animals had lived in the house. Perfect place to stay with small children as there is plenty to play with :)

Returned to the cabin village in Hamra after we stayed there this winter and been very satisfied. Just as good this time! Very good service, nice cabin and perfect stop when we take the trip to Norrland!

Great accommodation for us four friends who came to Järvsö a long weekend for sunny spring skiing! We even got to see the northern lights from the patio our last night! Great and fresh, good equipment and amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with board games. Perfect location in the village with walking distance to the south of Järvsöbacken but just as close to ICA and restaurants. Clear instructions and great communication with the hosts! Have only good things to say about this home in Järvsö, recommended for both friends and for families!

We enjoyed our stay (2 nights) very much. The house is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable. You can do a lot, but you can also relax wonderfully in the garden and enjoy the silence plus the birdsong.

What a lovely apartment. The apartment is perfectly finished and equipped with every comfort. From the apartment, you have a nice view of Lake Orsa. Communication with Thomas went smoothly. When we needed some medical help, he was there for us. Fryskas is a nice place to visit. In the village restaurant, they serve delicious authentic waffles. A visit to the Nils Olsson Dalahästar factory in Nusnas where they make the original Dalarna horses is also recommended.

Peaceful place to really unwind from normal work life and enjoy the lovely scenary. Well equipt appartment for longer stay. Really good place for mountain bikers, they have thought everything.

Very satisfied with my stay at this place. My whole family enjoyed the experience of living in an ethnic setup very well maintained by the host. Even if host was not around during my stay, they put me in contact with a neighbour whom I could have contacted in case of any need. Overall I felt at home and enjoyed my small vacation in Leksand

We felt very welcomed by Ulla and Eamonn. It felt very homely and cozy and everything needed was there. Was there anything we would just knock and ask, it was never a problem. It was clean and fresh, luxurious with made beds. Good with parking in the yard. Close to both the pulse of the city and the historic mine. We would be glad to come back!

Nice modern apartment, lovely roof terrace. Fantastic forests for MTB in the surroundings. Recommended! Really great.

Great lovely cottage! Cozy and private with everything you need. It is close to the bus stop to get to the city and it is also within walking distance of about 20 minutes.

The house is located in a magical place! We sat for several hours and just enjoyed looking out over Siljan! The house is modern, stylish and nice. Very close distance to Mora, and just the right distance to Leksand. We stayed here Sun-Wed to spend a day at Leksand's summerland, and the rest of the time to enjoy the place. We stayed 4 adults and 4 children, plenty of space. Good varied routes for walking and running. Cooking good food in the kitchen of this house and at the same time seeing a mirror-like lake a few meters away, is 10/10. We'd love to come back!

The perfect stay for our little family. Annah and Alex were extremely kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. Our kids (2 and 4) had the absolute greatest time exploring the house, grounds, animals and activities. Couldn't recommend more!

Great accommodation, fun games hall, nice dining table downstairs for eating and hanging out. Cozy upstairs, the sauna was great and take the opportunity to sit outside and grill if it's good weather. Great host who was always quick to respond and helped with instructions in a thorough way. We were all really happy!!

We went their on ski vacation. 6-7 minutes drive to the slopes. Clean apartment with nice kitchen, TVs and sound system. Used the wood fired sauna every night. It was a bit hard to get it above 60C in the winter but still ok. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken when we visited.

The two of us spent a whole week in this wonderful house. We have enjoyed the days in this idyllic area very much. The house is furnished with a lot of love and has everything you need for a vacation. Simply great! Communication with Andreas was simple and straightforward. We received prompt feedback on any questions we had. Thank you for letting us use your house!
