The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A quiet accommodation in beautiful Rättvik with fantastic views of Siljan. A variety of activities such as skiing, cycling, hiking trails, swimming, fishing, restaurant visits, and summer tobogganing are nearby. A short car ride will take you to Dalhalla, Leksand's summerland, Tegera Arena, Vasaloppet, as well as the Ski Games and the World Heritage in Falun. For car enthusiasts, Classic Car is a recurring annual event that can be enjoyed on the first floor.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.
