The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment

As soon as you enter the house, you feel as if you are at home with its magnificent decoration. Located right next to Kültür Park and 15-min walk to the center of Alsancak. The house was very very clean and tidy. The amenities at home are very enjoyable. When I come back to Izmir, I now have a house to stay in without thinking.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her fast and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at home for a night to escape the city crowd and rest alone. It was the same as the photos. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The ambiance of the attic, the pleasure of the jacuzzi was wonderful. I'm thinking of renting again for the fireplace pleasure in the winter season. I really felt like I was at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful 6 days, although it is not a touristic location, it is a good place to relax in a quiet neighborhood.
