Holiday rentals with lake access in Geauga County

This home had an amazing location. There were 4 of us with 4 dogs so already the pet accommodation was better than everywhere else nearby. Lake Erie was less than a mile walk away so we were able to walk the dogs and get some energy out while simultaneously enjoying the views and getting some great photos! The Haunted House Restaurant is only 20 minutes away and was delicious and a great experience! Finally the next morning we walked to a diner across the street for breakfast which was fantastic! Holly had plenty of board games available, candy treats, and dog treats. She communicated very well and was very polite. Overall, if you want to check out Lake Erie and the local shops and restaurants, then this property should be a serious consideration!

LOVED this house! Someone with a degree in interior design must’ve been involved in the decorating bc it looked like something out of a magazine. And the view was absolutely stunning. Also, as a mom with small children, I loved how we were right on the water but high enough up from it that I didn’t have to worry about my kids walking into it while playing outside. I also loved the location of this house. We were right in between Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake so it was a little more peaceful than being right in the middle of GOTL. My family preferred Ashtabula anyways as it had more of that quaint old town charm. The house also had great storage which may sound funny, but I love to unpack and really settle into the home. It seems like so many places don’t provide that anymore. Anyways, I would totally stay here again!

We cannot say enough about this house! Beautiful and comfortable.. with every possible amenity we could want. Very thoughtful planning went in to this place. The lake was beautiful and the area was so quiet. We wish we could take the place with us on our next stop. One of the best places we have stayed and will really make the bar high for any other place we will stay. Definitely recommend this wonderful home!

Such a cute place! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. Within 20 minutes to beautiful wineries and a golf course. Very clean. We loved being able to walk to the lake. The driveway is short- unable to fit 2 full size trucks, but we talked to the nice neighbor, and we were able to park the second truck in the gravel lot next to the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was the 2nd time my family stayed at Yvonne's Airbnb because we have cousins who live nearby. And we thought it was fantastic both times! We would highly recommend this property and are just sad we don't have an excuse to go back there anytime soon. The house was laid out really well. There was a living area in the front with a fireplace (although I'm not sure if it was operational.). And another living area in the back that had a big TV. All the rooms had a lot of windows and light. There was a desk in the front living area if someone needed to work remotely. We didn't use the kitchen much -- but it was large and well-equipped. Upstairs were two very spacious bedrooms and one cozy one. The house was decorated and furnished in a very warm and interesting way that made it feel more like someone's home than a sterile Airbnb. And the best part was how responsive Yvonne was. She got back to us in minutes whenever we had a question. It's a special place!

Great house, super spacious and clean, close to everything, can walk to restaurants and activities and the water. Great for people watching. My family had a blast staying here for Memorial Weekend. When the tv went out, Donald replaced it immediately. We would stay here again. Be sure to get donuts from Madsen’s Donut shop- so good.

Beautiful view of the lake . Lots of seating options.There are no curtains in the house which makes privacy difficult. The neighbors next door are close and it would have been nice to be able to have a curtain on at least the west window/slider that faces them. Convenient location, on a busy road. Parking for at least 3 cars. Good communication from host . They also had plenty of hooks to hang things up. This is always so helpful. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular.

We were very happy with our stay! The view of the lake is gorgeous so make sure to take advantage of the porch and deck. The porch is private but the deck is communal but we had it all to ourselves. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled and the shower has great water pressure. The bed was comfy and the space was very clean. There were two of us and it was the perfect amount of space. Location wise, it's not far from Geneva On The Lake and a bunch of local wineries. Be prepared to drive though as there aren't any Ubers around. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again!

This was the best place I’ve rented. It was cozy, comfortable, clean. Overlooks the lake, the host made the stay warm and welcoming. Provided a bottle of wine and made himself available for anything we needed. They even provided spices for cooking and cream and sugar for the Keurig. Lots of places don’t do that, we end up buying sugar and cream from a store and never use it all. The decor was so lovely, and the place was well designed and put together. Lots of lights and plugs!! The first night was a little chilly outside but there was an electric fireplace that provided great warmth and ambiance. Check in was a breeze, we felt safe. It had two bathrooms which was great!! I will be booking it again for future stays.

Clean, cozy, and easy! Convenient parking spot right next to the entrance. The apartment is just the right size and has everything you need.

Adorable place. On a quiet street but close enough to walk to the action and a short drive to winery’s and the Harbor. We really enjoyed our stay. Host gave amazing recommendations and was very easy to work with.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a short getaway. Easy drive to restaurants and national park, and nice clean amenities to relax in the evening. Evan was responsive to questions as they arose. Had no issues while there.

Found this cute cottage to spend the long weekend while attending a tournament at Spire Academy. Walkable to the strip and short drive to the state park. Would definitely return again.

We came into town for a wedding at the Lodge, which was SO close to this Airbnb. The Airbnb inside was beautiful and perfectly cozy for what we needed. The outside was a bit confusing, but once I read the directions William sent a few times, I figured it out. The neighbor was very nice and chatty when we arrived, and even put out a candle for us so there would be less bugs when we got back from the rehearsal dinner. Overall, it's a very cute little place to stay, super close to the heart of Geneva, easy to find lots to do from there! I would 100% stay there again.

We had a nice stay at this home. Location was good, close to all the GOTL strip attractions and restaurants we enjoy! Well furnished for our week long stay, beds were comfortable. The little fire pit area is great also.

I returned to stay at this location after having been there the previous year. It has everything I need, and is so peaceful. The decor is adorable, and the bed is comfortable. I hope I will have a chance to return again and stay for a longer time.
