The Airbnb exceeded our expectations, the photos didn’t do it justice. So beautiful, clean and we had everything we needed plus more! All 8 of our guests were so grateful to stay in such a stunning spot, definitely felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book! Simon and Mella’s home was absolutely perfect for our family wedding weekend. The house was ideal for three families and our grandchildren loved the games and trampoline. The house well equipped and had everything (and more) than we could have asked for. The views were magnificent and the surrounds were so very peaceful. Time in the hammock and looking out to the ocean is a must if you stay at 180 Vista! Simon and Mella responded immediately to any questions l had and were extremely accommodating with check in times. We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Highly recommend this stay. Such a beautiful large house great for lots of couples. Has all of the amenities you need and nice and close to the main town. House was very responsive and also offered us a late check out which was nice.

A great spot with Views, Privacy and Space. Lots to do and central to the Mornington Peninsula. We had three family’s share the space for a birthday weekend and enjoyed the fireplace, open kitchen, vineyard walk, baloneys and great amenities. I would defiantly recommend and stay again. Perfect for a large group.

Amazing setting for a peaceful weekend away. A stunning house with beautiful architecture which makes you feel like you are staying at your own private resort. Keryn was very helpful and proactive with check in and orienting us. Hot tub, sunny deck, pool table, well equipped kitchen, what more could you need.

Bree is a welcoming hosy hostt who provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We were there in the middle of winter and every room had a heater, and hot water didnt run out for us as we came in a big group. we even managed to bbq our dinner and it was just nice. Thank you!

Maureen's accommodation was perfectly suited to our family's needs. Everyone was very impressed with the size of the property, the layout of rooms and the living/ kitchen area. The outdoor space is fantastic and very practical with a large group. We loved our stay.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). Alicia is one of the gem! Great to communicate, clear instructions! The house is lovely! Clean, neat, complete kitchen things (made our life easy specially we cook our meal!) and best thing.. pet friendly! She’s definitely a recommendable accomodation’

We had the most incredible experience staying at this Airbnb with our bridal party over our wedding weekend. The location was absolutely perfect for getting ready, with the stunning grounds providing the ideal backdrop for our first look and private vows. The property is beautifully maintained and spacious, offering two completely separate areas that allowed us to each have our own space while preparing for the big day (the boys in the suite and the bride's squad in the house). It also felt so homey and welcoming, which made it all the more special. Plus, it was just a short 20-minute drive to our wedding venue, Mt Duneed Estate. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful grounds made for unforgettable moments, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly.

It was a wonderful place to stay. We had kids and dogs and Kerry was very responsive and flexible to accomodate us all. The views and space is relaxing, clean, spacious and perfect for a family winter escape. Would happily visit again

We enjoyed our weekend at Grasslands Estate for our daughters first birthday. Plenty of space and the house had everything we needed.

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, extremely clean and well furnished. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Communication with the host was quick and very easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

This place was such a nice stay. It really felt like we were in a villa in Bali. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Being the start of winter we unfortunately couldn’t make the most of the outdoor area. We will definitely be booking again in the warmer months!
