Handy place that’s perfect for a business trip. Close to free tram (just out the front door), quiet location, nice views, and easy access to CBD, restaurants, groceries, etc. It’s always nice to have some basic cooking and food supplies like salt, pepper, oil, sauces provided too.

Warm and cozy. All the amenities you need. Great location. Great views! Minute walk from the tram. Proactive communication. Would definitely stay again. Look forward to our next visit!

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. Our family loved Anna’s space. She was so kind and helpful! It was a perfect size for our group of 5. Situated near a tram stop that’s in the free tram zone. We have visited Melbourne many times but this is by far our favourite stay. Super convenient and met our needs of open space for our toddler to expand her energy. Clean apartment and accessible!

After a long journey from Ireland it was a joy to find Cathy & Steve’s lovely apartment waiting. It’s an amazing space in a perfect location. Everything is sparkling, bed is comfy and it’s amazingly quiet given it’s so close to all the cool places. Hope to be back!

This place was a fantastic find—beautiful, spotless, and a pleasure to stay in. After a long bike ride, it felt truly luxurious to settle in and unwind. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Watching the sunrise from the balcony over the water was a real highlight. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’d gladly stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Haruka’s place. Bathroom was a bit squeezy but otherwise it was a nice place for the 2 of us who wanted to explore Melbourne CBD area. Multiple tram stations that are of walking distance, as well as close to a Woolsworth and quite a few restaurants too.

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Accommodation was great, lovely spot. Very convenient location. Denise was very helpful and made our stay easy and stress free.

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). Thanks Diana for a memorable weekend in your beautiful home

We had the most beautiful stay at this property – it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely perfect – spacious, clean, and beautifully presented with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The large family living areas made it easy for everyone to spend time together, and the outdoor space was a highlight! We especially loved the hot tub, pool, and sauna – such a treat and perfect for both fun and relaxation. The host, Amit, was outstanding – incredibly responsive and easy to contact. He provided helpful updates before and during our stay, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His attention to detail and thoughtful communication really made the experience feel extra special. We can’t wait to book again – highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free escape!

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here
