Chamen, as a host, really went the extra mile—she actually stocked up on food! There were three types of cup noodles, ice cream, drinks… and honestly, the prices were super cheap. After checking the price list, I suddenly craved a KitKat bar—only to find it was already gone. So sad! That KitKat craving hit hard, so in the end, we went to 7-Eleven and bought everything ourselves. So technically, Chamen didn’t manage to sell us anything. LOL. But seriously, how many hosts even bother preparing snacks and drinks at such reasonable prices? Oh, and none of it was expired—bonus points! One odd thing, though—there was a steam iron, but no washing machine. Still, not a big deal. Also, I couldn’t find any rule in the house listing about not eating durians or mangosteens inside—so maybe next time I’ll sneak some in. (Just kidding!) All in all, big thanks to Chamen. I’ve added your place to my favorites list—keep up the great work!

Everything was good . The house is exactly same like picture . Very clean & tidy with complete equipment . Very clear instruction . Easy to find the house 👍🏻 The pool was big & kids friendly .

Suet Eng is such a great host. He is truly pleasant to deal with. He is understanding and consideration. I rented 2 units and both were clean and well equipped with kids friendly items. We are truly appreciated his help and definitely will come back.

Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

Check in instructions were provided very early in advance. The home was sparkling clean and spacious for 2 persons, specially like the sunlight reaching the entire home. But the parking is really challenging, advise to bring as small vehicle as possible. 👍

Recommended apartments to stay in Penang. A very helpful host n fast respond. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great view, and it was easy to get around on foot — especially since it’s close to Loh Guan Lye Hospital.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is very nice and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the beautiful view—it’s truly stunning. The location is great, with a lovely park just opposite, which was perfect for relaxing and taking walks. Host is super helpful when I explain my situation and request for late check out. Everything was well-prepared and clean. My only small personal preference is that I found the pillows a bit too soft for my liking. Of course, this is just my own preference and doesn’t take away from the overall quality of the house. However, it would be even better if the host could provide a couple of firmer pillows as an option, as I’m sure some other guests might appreciate that too. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Had such an amazing and cozy stay here! 😍 The place looks exactly like the pictures, and out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, I really love how the host designed this one, super homey and full of charm. I even got inspired by the design! 😋 The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a 10/10 stay! 👍🏻

Had some issue with our previous airbnb and had to book another stay last minute. Was able to secure the booking with Dena and check in immediately. Dena and her team were very efficient and responsive. We checked in smoothly with them and we would definitely have another stay with them ☺️ highly recommend their unit as they views are good, sheet & toilet are clean and their unit is super cosy!

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.
