We had a wonderful stay at Ivy’s place in Penang! 🏡 The house was exactly as shown in the photos—beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable ✨🛏️. The surroundings were peaceful 🌿 and added to the relaxing vibe of our trip. It truly felt like a home away from home for me and my family ❤️. Ivy was an exceptional host—friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay 🙌. We would absolutely love to come back again 🔁. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place! It was clean, spacious, and well located!

Fiona was a great host throughout the stay, she was also very accommodating of requests that was made to her. The house were clean and thorough with provided amenities. The only thing would be that, the mattresses are slightly lower for my elderly relatives but if you huge young crowd, this is the perfect place to get together Plenty of room around the house to 'lepak', get together, chit chat. Overall great stay and great place for a huge crowd.

Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

Great location. Host was attentive we had an issue with the stove and toaster and he took care of it replaced the toaster and gave us an electric wok to heat our food. Enjoyed our stay will be back, liked the location and close proximity to shops and restaurants. Malaysians are very friendly and hospitable.

The place was great! Exactly as it appears in photos and great location walkable to most things! We had a great time and enjoyed staying in this authentic shop house versus just another hotel.

It’s a good place to stay with if you have a children as there is a single bed beside the queen size bed

My kids really happy and enjoy our stay here but a bit hard to make them sleep at night 🤣 my boy said he wanted to sleep in the “ball pool” .. and my 2 years girl enjoy the cooking set in 2nd room. the view also awesome! location near to restaurant and shop. thank you host for all the clean n kids friendly homestay.

Host very nice and responsive

Beautiful and clean flat with all the amenities mentioned. Perfect for small families as kids room has two single beds anda small play area in the room which makes it perfect. Sam is very responsive host. Lovely decore and again very clean and minimalistic design. Location is okay, ten minutes drive from main attractions of George Town, but if you fancy a cuppa building has a nice coffee shop by the lobby. We enjoyed our short stay, will definitely prefer if visit next time.

Suet Eng is such a great host. He is truly pleasant to deal with. He is understanding and consideration. I rented 2 units and both were clean and well equipped with kids friendly items. We are truly appreciated his help and definitely will come back.

loved that everything worked and was as described. the large window in my room is a really nice and it was very clean too! loved that there's a toilet for each room, which made it really convenient for my friend and I. 10/10 would book here again.

We had a fantastic stay - after a long day of travelling it was a delight to enter into this beautiful home. The views are incredible (we caught an early sunrise) and the thoughtful touches such as the local snacks were really appreciated. Very easy to get a Grab into different areas of Georgetown.

the room is clean,simple, comfortable,nice view. Although not a big size room but come with 2 ceiling fan and 2 air-conditioning. location is convenient to go every where around George town,many restaurant surrounding. Host is friendly and helpful,highly recommended. Overall,price is very reasonable.

I went to Penang to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday and had a wonderful time staying here. My baby slept peacefully without any issues — this was his very first long drive journey from KL to Penang. We thought he might cry at night due to the new environment and the long travel, but this house truly gave us a home-like feeling with its cozy atmosphere. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. If I ever plan another trip to Penang, I’ll be sure to check in here again.
