The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Ideally located at the gates of Lyon and Beaujolais (15 min from the Techlid area and 30 min from La Part-Dieu train station), this spacious and bright refurbished 27 m² studio will offer you all the comforts you need. TCL 204 bus (direction Villefranche-sur-Saône/Gare Lyon Vaise) at the foot of the building. SNCF station 500 meters away (direction Lyon Vaise/Tassin). Lozanne train station (5 min drive) serves Lyon Part Dieu in 25 minutes. Discount from 4 nights, week and month.

Moonstone

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

Discover this beautiful, warm, 41 m2, 1st floor apartment, completely renovated in 2023 with exceptional views of the Saône. Located in the historic center of Trévoux, on a semi-pedestrian street, you will have access to all shops on foot (restaurants, bakery, shops, etc.) Paid parking 100 m away and free 150 m away. Close to the A6 and A46 highways (5 min), Lyon (25 min), Saint-Exupéry airport (30 min) and starting point for visiting Beaujolais.

Independent suite in a house

15 m 2 bedroom with 180 cm bed (or 2 90 cm beds) and private bathroom on the ground floor of a house. Two nights minimum. You have independent access through the garden and a parking space. No accessible kitchen but a microwave and mini fridge in the room. You will stay in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the bus stops serving Lyon. By car or public transport, visiting Lyon is easy. Beaujolais is 35 km away.

This outbuilding is also equipped with a video projector for movie moments (Netflix/Canal+) The home is located in a very quiet residential area just 15 minutes from Lyon, and only 2 minutes from a highway entrance/exit, so very easy access.
