A locked door separates both sections of the home to ensure complete privacy. Recreational drug use and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property.

You can swim, fish, or float as much you like and walk as far as you can see. 5 minutes away you can take a walk down the quaint city of Florala which offers many antique stores and the beautiful Lake Jackson. Visit Destin with its white sand beaches, Ponce de Leon & Vortex Springs, or the scenic creeks at Bear Paw & Econfina for a fun day of tubing and swimming!

The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.
