Newly built in 2022, our 400 sq ft bright and cozy 1 BD, 1 BA apartment is centrally located in Sunnyland. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walkable - a 10 minute walk to downtown and Trader Joe's and 5 minute walk to many restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. The apartment is meticulously clean and tastefully decorated with private stairway access and designated parking space in driveway off alley. Unfortunately the space is not suitable for children and we have a 2-person maximum.

We built the Tiny Guest House for friends and family and love sharing the space with people traveling to Bellingham. The tiny house is within walking distance of both WWU (1.0 mile) and downtown (0.8 miles). The Guest House is quite small (200sf); it has a queen bed in the loft and a full sized futon on the main floor. And while it has NO kitchen, we do offer a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig coffee, tea and cocoa machine.
