The apartment is even better than the pictures show! The view is simply stunning, and the space is extremely comfortable, clean and well organized. The location is also excellent, with restaurants, a bakery, a market and several snack bars nearby. The host Jonathan was exceptional — always very polite, helpful and quick to respond, clarifying all our doubts with attention. From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. We love our lodging in Natal, welcomed my family perfectly. Everything was as in the photos and the information presented by the host. I want to highlight the staff of the building : all very kind. The apartment is next to excellent restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias… All gastronomy is in the surrounding area. A vista, there is no more beautiful! I have no doubt it is the best place to stay in Natal.

I loved staying in the apartment. When I arrived everything was clean and organized. Good bed and bath linens are available. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The view to Morro do Careca is beautiful. Elton always responds to messages very quickly and is very requested. We didn't have any problems. It was a great lodging!

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

When we are in the apartment, without a shadow of a doubt, we sin at home. The condominium is super organized, calm, quiet and cozy. The condominium's employees are polite, helpful and kind. The condominium's play area has an excellent structure and great equipment to meet the needs of all guests. Eduardo is a polite, spectacular, brilliant, supportive and helpful host, as he gives all the necessary information to guests. I recommend to all those looking for a quiet, quiet and quiet place to enjoy with your family!

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. Not only Cleusa was wonderful, but the place was also. I spent 28 days there and I have nothing to complain about, only to thank. Cleusa went "above and beyond" in a simple accommodation. She helped us, gave us tips on where to go, had the patience to check us in at 3 a.m. because my flight was delayed, and on top of that, she solved any problems we might have had. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

The place is beautiful and very pleasant, would come back other times. The leisure area is a strong point, beautiful and with many options of rest .. The sea is very intense. The condominium is close to easy access.
