Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in George Town

Sheila’s “Lower Deck Apartment” was a perfect jump off spot for our active family of four. Although not within practical walking distance from the beach or amenities, everything was a short drive away. Groceries, restaurants, beaches, boat rentals, etc. were nearby. You will need a rental car if you stay here, or get really good at arranging taxis. We couldn’t find snorkeling gear to rent, so we bought some where Sheila recommended and donated it to the house. The apartment is peaceful and pretty with just enough of the basics to cook most anything. The beds are plastic coated, which we figured is normal in the tropics. But it does make for noisy shifts in the night. All in all, we would like to return to Sheila’s place should Exuma be a future destination. The island is just wonderful with excellent splashing and snorkeling, and the many locals we interacted with were warm. The general easygoing vibe there affected the whole family.

We had a lovely stay at Bonefish La Vista. Jott the property manager was fantastic and made sure we had all the island information we needed as well as making sure we were okay during the stay. The beach location is incredible and the apartment ticked all our boxes. A fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again if/when we revisit Exuma!

I enjoyed my time at Marisa's Air bnb . It was the same as the photos and she was very helpful with answering my questions and assisting me. I will book again.

Had an awesome time. It was a home away from home. Check in was slow and the place is easy to find. This was our 2-3 time staying in Shenifer&Shorn units . Always responding to questions when asked. Will most likely book again

Stay was wonderful, very easy to get ahold of. Directions were quite easy to follow, however they did remove one sign from the road (the last one we needed to see where to turn lol) so I would just say look for the med plaza instead! :)

We both cannot say enough about Carmela. We check out many Airbnb sites. This was an important trip as it was our honeymoon! From the moment we signed up, our communication with Carmela was fabulous. From the very beginning, she was helpful. She was thorough, very friendly and even supportive with our circumstances. Upon arrival, everything was as expected with great care from our hosts all the way to great information and clear instructions on what to do on the island and where to go when we were uncertain. The house itself felt like home, super clean very accommodating., and she provided everything that you would need to have an incredible stay. I’ll be honest I had my doubts coming here, but I know for certain when we come back to visit the island the only place we will be staying is with Carmela. Carmela thank you for giving us incredible forever memories! We will always remember starting off our new marriage together and celebrating our honeymoon with you in EXUMA !!

Nichelle is truly an amazing host! My friends and I all came for a mini getaway and she welcomed us with open arms. Every question we had, even if she didn’t know the answer she would respond in 0.5 seconds, assisting us as best as she possibly could. I don’t think we could have made it through this trip without her honesty. Her vibe, her responsiveness, her positive energy and attitude towards us truly added to the experience we had. Would definitely recommend!!!

What can I say except that view! My family enjoyed 9 days/8 nights here. Lots of local restaurants near by. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare home cooked meals when we were too tired to go out, pay close attention to stores operating hours as we discovered most things are closed Sunday. So many good beaches around, Tropic of Cancer beach was our favorite which is a little further drive but if you don’t feel like going out the beach in the backyard is awesome and did some snorkeling out to that large rock. The locals were very friendly. Definitely recommend chartering a boat and visiting the chat and chill via water taxi those were the highlights of the trip! We used Roberts island adventures for our boat excursion they were awesome! Evan had great recommendations and got back to us quickly if we needed something and we really appreciated that. We came home feeling very relaxed after our first visit to Exuma.

Very clean, beautiful, updated home. Better than most in the area. As cozy as the house was, it was hard to get me to stay inside.The property has a very beautiful, natural, private beach alongside clear water full of sea life for snorkeling and exploring. There was so much to explore nearby. You can find a cave if you walk about 5 minutes north/west up the beach. We did lose power during some storms and the generator kicked on in less than 10 seconds then worked strong for 3 days as electricity was in & out on the island. Ghandi went above and beyond to communicate & accommodate us during our stay, even beyond checkout from her property. I highly recommend Ghandi as a host and highly recommend her Ocean Oasis property. Side note: the driveway is rough but we made it in a minivan. I recommend a vehicle with higher clearance if you have the option.

The house was really nice and as described, located in a more quiet area on Exuma. Direct beach access from the terrace. Check-In and communication was nice and easy. All facilities as described.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The views were absolutely impeccable and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Dave was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at the Moon House. It was stocked with everything we needed. It had mini split units in each room that kept us cool. The beach chairs were a huge plus while visiting the many different beaches. The communication with the host was flawless with fast responses to our questions.

Pamela's treehouse and gardens were peaceful and beautiful. It was the perfect getaway for two!

The home itself is basic and as described. There were nice sleeping spaces with comfortable beds and the upstairs kitchen stocked with what we needed for a couple days and plenty more. If you are looking to hang out inside with a large group this may not be the place for you because the furniture & living spaces are small. However, the outside space is spectacular! The co-host, Char was very friendly and helpful prior to and upon arrival. She even contacted a bit later to check in and verify we had everything we need. Back to the outdoor space…there was snorkel gear for the family as well as paddle boards & kayaks for our use. The decks, landscape, sense of privacy, and outdoor space were all nice and well-maintained. We enjoyed using the fire pit bbq to make dinner one night. Whether you are experienced at snorkeling or not I encourage you to grab a mask or goggles, go in the water and check it out!! I felt like I was swimming in a tropical aquarium just outside our back door!

There are hardly words to describe the beauty of this home! From the minute we arrived until our departure, we consistently called it “paradise.” We traveled with six teenagers and they never got bored. Everything is provided so that there is always something to do! I felt like the hosts literally thought of every single detail to make your stay everything you dreamed it would be. Communication was excellent, including a very detailed guide book emailed to you ahead of time so you can plan out your activities. Exuma is a perfect destination with kind people and the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend Poco a Poco!

Sandy Beach Cottages had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! It allowed us to spend longer time on the beautiful beaches! Plenty of beach towels and bed linens. House was equipped with everything we needed. Host was quite friendly and very responsive. Only downside was being on the bottom floor. People above us had heavy footsteps. Pictures are a little deceiving in that there are other buildings nearby. However, they didn’t seemed occupied, so parking and beach in front were vacant! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Si trova a Little Exuma in zona dove non c'è quasi nulla. Casa nellla tranquillità di Barraterre bellissima e appena ristrutturata tutto nuovo . Attrezzata di tutto quello che serve Si sviluppa su due piani co 2 camere(una matrimoniale e una con 2 Letti singoli)ciascuna con bagno Un bagnetto anche in comune Cucina piccola ma attrezzata di tutto x 4 Ci ha fornito anche boccioni di acqua e bibite in frigorifero. Piano terra speculare . Alnnesso un locale con lavatrice asciugatrice e tutti i detersivi All'esterno 4 lettini da sole per relax. Molto vento la sera ma non so se è il periodo Jenny(la moglie)è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa(ci ha aiutati anche con le escursioni)e una mattina ci ha cucinato la colazione tipica bahamense. Ci ritornerei di corsa! Terrazza con vista sulll'acqua

We enjoyed our stay at Tamara & Dallas's apartment. It was very cosy and Tamara ensured that there was everything there a guest might need to have a very comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials provided, allocated parking, etc. Tamara was also very responsive and promptly answered all our questions. Though the pool area was not usable at the time, there is a most amazing beach nearby (Jolly Hall) and we often had it all to ourselves. There were so many other beaches and places around Great Exuma and we truly had a fantastic time. The apartment was an easy drive from George Town and the shops, but having a car is essential. We would happily return and stay in Percy's Perch again.

We really enjoyed staying at Lidia and Eric’s place. They were both very friendly and welcoming and gave us some local recommendations. Eric even offered to take us in his truck to pick up some groceries on our first day there. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and the house is very homey and comfortable. Fully equipped with floaties, life jackets, kayaks + more. The views, AMAZING! The entire beach is practically yours. We were sad that we didn’t see sea turtles. But that’s nobody’s fault. I would absolutely book through them again because the location, and that beach is just so peaceful and beautiful. The water is so clear and turquoise. It’s walkable to a grocery store, pricy but good stuff. And a pizza place in the same shopping center which was very good! Also walkable, on the opposite side, is a liquor store and Rush Hour restaurant. The lady who runs that restaurant is super friendly and the food we got was very good (wings and rice and fish sandwich).

This is a great Airbnb! It’s a great size and was immaculate! Right on the beach…you can hear the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom, both have glass doors to the deck! Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer was a huge help!! It’s right by the airport so very convenient. We booked literally the last minute and they had everything spotless and ready very quickly. The communication was great. Would definitely stay here again..highly recommend!!!

Margaret has been one of the best hosts in my Airbnb travels. Very accommodating, her place was as described, and very proactive. For a group of 2, max 4, this is a great place to unwind and re-set for a few days. Thank you, ma’am.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s condo being on the second story we could have an amazing view of the sunrise over the water. The condo was way bigger than we thought. It would be with the full kitchen and living room. Kelly was so helpful with all of the directions And suggestions on what to do!

Overall great stay. We stayed in Villa #3 and it was prettier than it looked in the pictures. You can see the beach from living room and has a nice seating area just in front of the door. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Margaret was a great host and addressed few small issues immediately. The ocean was windy with lots of waves during our stay so we couldn't enjoy the beach in front of the villa much but that was our luck. It is very close to the airport but in this island you will almost definitely need a rental car. Also not related to our stay here, but we flew with Bahamas Air and they brought our luggage only the next day and we were told that they do this all the time. Keep this in mind and be prepared if you fly to Exuma with them.
