We welcome you to our peaceful rural cottage in the Gers, independent of owners' home; artists/writers will appreciate the total tranquility! Self-catering, initial breakfast pack; pool mid-May to mid-October. Around us: St Jacques de Compostelle route close by; miles of quiet roads and field paths for walkers/cyclists; many good local restaurants, medieval villages, local vineyards and markets; Agen 25 minutes, Lectoure 15; A62 motorway 15 minutes; tennis in the village, golf 15. minutes;

45 M2 situé à 2 km du centre ville d'Auch . Entrée indépendante. Terrasse et jardinet, chaises longues. Le logement est frais l'été car il est enterré côté Sud. Grande pièce à vivre, 1 chambre. parking privé devant le logement. Nous logeons au dessus mais une isolation phonique a été réalisée et aucun bruit ne passe entre les appartements. There is a little private Terrace at the back, views onto our forest and the countryside. It's completely private. The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.

Cottage based in the countryside, come and enjoy the benefits of a quiet and soothing location. Located close to a lake with water activities, 1 hour from ski resorts and Spain and the village 2 km away, it has all the local shops. This cottage is suitable for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra child bed, with a living room including a double bed, an equipped kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, kettle and microwave) as well as a bathroom with shower.

The cottage has a private secure garden with patio furniture and sunbeds. There is parking on site and a shared pool.

Independent, quiet and cozy accommodation located on the side of our house. It is located so that there is no one opposite for more privacy.
