⸻ Colombia was the perfect spot for my graduation trip with the crew — and a big part of that was thanks to DAVID. The place was beautiful and truly felt like home. We had a maid, a dope security guard we nicknamed Black King, and a top-tier concierge service that helped us book all our rides and excursions with ease. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had — I’d come back here without hesitation.

Great place, centrally located but still quiet. Roberto and his team were so communicative and helpful. They set up rides to/ from airport and had fruit and water upon arrival. And had great insight on things to do around town. Place was clean and a/c was comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at so far! The communication with the host was Superb! Will be returning in the future!

In a word: Amazing. I can't say enough great things about this stay! I booked this trip with six of my friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. A lot of people expressed concern about seven females traveling to Colombia, but this was my bucket list trip, so off we went! I'm so happy we did! Laura was amazing at communicating prior to the stay. She sent so many recommendations, helped arrange transportation and meals, and was always pleasant and friendly, leaving detailed voice messages. The house looks exactly like the photos and was stunning! We LOVED the rooftop pool and the outdoor courtyard. We spent a lot of time in the home because it was so beautiful. The location is perfect - so lively and colorful and close to amazing restaurants. Getsemani is a very vibrant part of Cartagena, so it was busy outside our door, but once inside, it was like our own peaceful sanctuary. And finally, we all loved the attentiveness and kindness of Luz Maria, the onsite concierge. We already miss her!

Lugar limpio, lindo, acogedor y tranquilo, tal como se ve en fotos. Fuimos por cita médica de mi papá y siendo él un señor de 70 años se sintió como en casa, incluso se sentó en la terraza jaja. Recomendando!

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). What a great stay! Everything is literally a walking distance to a even more great time! Recommendations from the host were absolutely on point! I know where to stay when I return.

This apartment was excatly like the photos.. no surprises! It was clean that walking barefooted was an option. Alejandra was responsive when I did have my 1 question about recycling. Checkin is equivalent to checking into a resort, be prepared for a little wait. Otherwise, My husband and I enjoyed the apartment & the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

Nicolás fue muy profesional. Nos atendió amablemente y fue muy eficiente durante el alojamiento.

El apartamento de Sara está a una distancia cambiable del centro histórico, en una zona muy segura y con magníficas vistas. El wifi funcionó correctamente para poder trabajar remoto, atender llamadas sin problemas. La proximidad al súper, bajando el ascensor tienes acceso al estacionamiento del súper, ideal para poder hacer compras, cocinar en el apartamento y disfrutar de la comida con la hermosa vista! En suma, muy recomendable!

The place was excellent—conveniently located just 10 minutes from everything. The beach is only 2–3 blocks away, and there’s a great pizza spot nearby, along with an ATM and a local contact to help you book activities. The property is modern, with strong air conditioning and high-speed internet. The house also provides extra towels and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s an amazing place and highly recommended. The security staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you once again!

El lugar está cercano a todas las atracciones de Cartagena, muy seguro, podíamos irnos caminando para visitar los lugares más bonitos y el anfitrión muy servicial y atento, nos dio mucha información sobre lugares para visitar y la ubicación excelente

Extremely friendly and responsive host Made me feel right at home The place is beautiful, and really impressed all my guests. I had the best time here, and I would absolutely recommend it. The only thing that can be improved is making hot water available in the shower and jacuzzi.

We enjoyed our stay at Christine place . The apartment was right in the heart of it the historic town close to everything we will definitely book again there this summer .

Estuvo solo dos noches en el apartamento. La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de la ciudad amurallada y a unos pocos metros de Getsemani. No usamos la cocina para nada así que no presté mucha atención a utensilios y demás. Salimos de noche volviendo tarde y no sentimos peligro. En los días que estuvimos habian ampliado el horario de la piscina hasta las 21. La vista desde el balcón y desde la terraza son un extra muy valioso. En conclusión es muy recomendable.

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado, caminando llegas a muchas partes, sin embargo creo que el edificio es muy viejo (lo cual no es negativo), pero siento que falta mantenimiento, limpieza y darle otra vista. El alojamiento está bien, pero también pienso que hace falta mantenimiento y limpieza.

Stefani y Victor siempre están muy pendientes a lo que necesites, todo fue fenomenal, pudimos ingresar antes de la hora del check in, el hospedaje es espectacular, pero lo mejor es que estén tan pendientes de tu necesidad y busquen la manera de ayudarte, la señora Acela nos atendió de una manera inmejorable, no duden en reservar, todo excelente.

Stunning little place, prefect for one or two people, top if the range tech and incredible security. Super comfortable bed and really cold AC. 6 minutes walk to the walled city. Mauricio's response was top tier had an issue with a bathroom leak and he had sent someone to fix it with 2 hours. Was also willing to accomodate me when my flight out was cancelled. And gents if you are wondering Yes it really is friendly iykyk. The only sub issue which is not the host's fault is the homeless people in the court downstairs but they doing even say a word to you. If you stay here go get some pictures at the pool the views are incredible and take a walk to the back of the building at lunch time and indulge in the best street food you would eat, and please try not to ruin this place for us it one if the good ones with no restrictions left! I wouldnt just stay here again i would buy the place.
