Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Geumcheon District

I had a wonderful 3 week stay in this appartment. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. I love how the next subway station is reachable by foot in only 3 minutes. Right next to the residence is a large park where you can enjoy walking or cycling. You really do need to bring anything with you but just come in and live there immediately. There is a fully functional kitchen and an own private bathroom with a toilet. A hairdryer, dishes, eating utensils, towles, toilet paper, and a lot of other stuff that you will find in your own home like tissue, charging cables, etc. are all provided. I can totally recommend this appartment! The only downside that I could think of is the quite noisy fridge when you sleep at night. 🙈 If you are a light sleeper and are sensitive to noises like me, you will probably need ear plugs while sleeping. But that‘s ok. I will think of booking this Airbnb again of I will ever come back to Seoul. 😊

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

Great apartment, connects right into seoul station, lots of convenience stores and restaurants. Not too crowded and well Kept. Perfect place

As I say all the time, I absolutely love this place. I travel to Seoul twice a year for a total of 5-6 weeks to visit my grad school friends and being in a comfortable location/unit makes my trip all the less stressful. I’m super appreciative to the host who has always been super kind and responsive to me. I recommend this place if you are looking for a great location, comfort and ease of transport too. Beautiful property in a great part of Seoul. it was cosy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. every appliance was new or nearly new and more than adequate. bed were great for sleep after a day exploring your surroundings. bathroom was very high quality and spotlessly clean. the whole place was a dream, so sad to have to leave, but already planning our next visit! Thank you Letoh!!!!

It's a minute away from the subway station, so it's easy to go anywhere. The house is so clean and cute It's convenient because there are convenience stores and restaurants right down there I'll make a reservation again next time

On our trip to Seoul, we sought out a traditional Hanok guesthouse, as it’s a rare opportunity for our dog to travel from China to Korea. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such an exceptional guesthouse! The house and courtyard are designed with exquisite taste, seamlessly blending traditional and modern elements. The space is spotlessly clean, offering utmost comfort, and everything feels just right! The host and property manager are warm, welcoming, and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns. From before our arrival to throughout our stay, they went out of their way to provide thoughtful and caring service. Thank you for making our Seoul trip truly memorable. This AirBnb was exquisite. It's an exceedingly beautiful hanok, with a lovely garden and semi-open air bath. The garden lights at night transform the space into something magical. The location was prime - close to many famous cafes in Ikseondong, a stone's throw away from Changdeokgung, and walkable to Insadong and Bukchon Hanok Village. I appreciated how the hosts communicated clearly and kindly, and responded rapidly to questions. Thank you for an amazing stay!

It was a very homey stay.The host was very kind and responded quickly to these questions and requests, which made us feel at ease.I felt the attention to detail, and it was a lovely accommodation that I would love to stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June 2025. If you are looking for a truly unique, peaceful but modern hanok experience in Seoul, you must come and stay here. Each and every furniture and amenity has been curated and carefully thought of. The local recommendations and little details provided were spot on. Our host Jee and her husband has made a space to come and and unwind any stress in a truly beautiful setting and in a neighbourhood away from the typical “tourist” areas of Seoul. This is genuine modern hanok experience - highly recommended for the discerning couple.

This was maybe the best Airbnb we have stayed in, it was exactly how they described it. It was very clean, near the subway and the host was very helpful. We stayed for a week and it was really good to come back to this place after being out the whole day. We will definitely book here again when we go back, it really was 5 stars for us and we have already recommended it to our other friends who are planning a trip to Seoul.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

Apartment is clean, good for a small family. Near the main Hongdae area within walking distance. Host is very responsive and helpful, even at late hours. Located in an old building so there are no lifts, but the unit is just a short flight of steps up.

An absolutely amazing Airbnb stay. Host was so welcoming and even came to the Airbnb to greet us and help us. The Airbnb is in a perfect location right near the station and a short walk to the famous hongdae Street. The airbnb has everything you need and it is clean and tidy. It looks amazing in person and we felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone staying in Seoul. Will surely stay here again when returning to Korea. Host was amazing and very helpful. Great place!This is the second time to stay and Eun's place is beautifully renovated and very well stocked with all sorts of life must-have.There are cu and gs25 convenience stores just a few steps away, and it is also very close to Hongdae business district.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace & Gyeongbokgung subway station (Line 3). The host is really accommodating, very much willing to help and easy to communicate with. Things we liked best: 1. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, near a police station and main road. 2. The place is a few doors away from a Nice 2cu store, very convenient for urgent runs for essentials. 3. So close to Sejong Food Village. 4. The apartment is well taken care of, every corner is neat and clean. Beddings are comfy and homey. 5. Household appliances are complete. 6. With provided bathroom amenities: towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair blowers. House slippers are ample too! 7. Water heater is centralized and works well. Strong water flow for both taps and shower. 8. The size of the place was more than enough for us (5 pax). Would also be nice for family w/ kids. 9. Umbrellas are available for careful use. Only challenge: The unit is about 2 flights of stairs up. Need extra caution when carrying heavy

I had a great stay at Sunny's accommodation, I recommend it.
