I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this BnB! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere-perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hosts were exceptional-friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Their local recommendations were spot-on and made my trip even more epi I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top notch BnB experience. The homestay was absolutely lovely in all the ways we wanted :) The home itself is gorgeous, full of lots of natural light, beautiful creepers and is quiet all around. The food made by aunty was very tasty, Ragi was very friendly, and everyone was very warm in opening up their home to us. Deeply appreciate Arjun's prompt communication and his being such a generous and respectful host. Wish we could have stayed for longer, but even so, it was great to spend a day here!

the place was good and spacious but have some suggestions 1. please get things fixed like door lock and water taps 2. please groom current caretaker or hire a good cook otherwise the stay was perfect. big spacious rooms and daily cleaning services. the food was ok. I would have liked if they could offer some local food options. best wishes.

We had the most beautiful stay at The Buraansh in Padampuri. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just perfect. The property is tucked away in peaceful surroundings, far from the hustle and bustle—truly a hidden gem amidst nature 🌿. The house itself is aesthetically done with so much love and care. Every corner felt warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The plush lawn area quickly became a favorite spot for our family—whether it was morning tea, evening chats, or just soaking in the serenity. A special shoutout to Ravindra and Karan, the amazing caretaker and cook, who made our stay extra memorable. His homely food was delicious and comforting, and his warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. Our parents and child enjoyed every bit of it—we all left with happy hearts and memories to cherish. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled escape with all the comforts of home, The Buraansh is the place to be. Thanks Abhineet, you are an amazing Host!!!

- It is a tastefully done up place - Siddharth had been proactive and responsive in his communication - Their place is about a kilometre from the Kainchidham Ashram - Clean, spacious rooms and well thought out common areas - Staff was courteous & the home cooked food was wholesome and delicious

Our stay in syat house was worry-free and perfect, thanks to the beautiful room, the beautiful calm and trashfree landscape, the supernice stuff and the delicious provided three times buffet in the open garden kitchen each day. You pay for the food on top of the room price shown on Airbnb, but it's definetly worth it. The stuff is actually around the garden kitchen whole day, so that there is always somebody available. For people who think it might be a bit far from the entry of the nationalpark: there is a entry about 5minutes away and you can book a safari picking you up from syat house and bringing you quickly in the animal spotting areas. Ah and: after the warnings of Aditya for a lot insectfriends I expected endless spiders and more but in the end we spotted only one tiny lizard in the very far ceiling corner of the room and that was it (was in April). So don't be scared! We would love to come back one day :)

It was our first time at an air bnb. The location is great and has beautiful view of the lake. Felt like home, cooked meals ourselves grocery is available at Bhat provisional store just 25 meters away Bhat uncle (and Aunty) has every thing you need and he doesn't mind even if you buy 2 tomatos, 3 potatoes etc. Master bed room with attached balcony and bathroom is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed so far. We (Me, wify and two children 18 and 13) spent lot of time in living room together as it was raining in Nainital most of the time . Overall we had a blast, Jai provided clearcut directions and offerd full refund as it there were past complaints of water scarcity. We didn't feel any water scarcity. Meenu the caretaker was very pleasant and courteous we didn't use her services for cooking but she ensured that place and kitchen is clean. in past I have stayed in Nainital in hotel with veiw but closer to mall, lot of noice pollution. This property is higher on hill hence peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful place just 1.3 km from Kainchi Dham temple. The location is ideal for anyone visiting the ashram—close enough for an easy ride, yet far enough to enjoy a serene and quiet atmosphere. Jagdish was incredibly proactive, offering great recommendations and keeping communication clear and timely throughout. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious—homely and nourishing, just what you’d want after a day of spiritual retreat. A special thanks to Sooraj, who went out of his way to help me with local rides and arranging a cab. His support made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this stay if you’re visiting Kainchi Dham!
