The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

First of all I stayed with my 4 year old daughter. Lien was a great host, she was very responsive when it comes to replying to all my messages as well as giving the instructions to meet the airport pick up and to get into the room. As other reviewers mentioned , yes indeed the noise was there after 7pm until 11 ish pm, it was quite loud luckily wasn't really bothered my daughter as she was able to sleep through the noise. I didn't expect much since I read the reviews before booking the place. It was exactly as other reviewers described , e.g. a few furniture isn't the same as the photo and because the photo was taken with wide camera angle so then it look bigger . We chose this unit , because we liked the area as it was closed to where I needed to be , and we only use the room to sleep in the night as we spent whole day outside. I could say overall stay was okay.

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

I stayed for a month and was very happy with the apartment. The lake view and the balcony is awesome. It is fully equipped and cooking was possible. There is staff in the building from 7 am to 11 pm and they are generally helpful though there could have been some more explanations at checkin. Overall this a great place to stay!

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

Perfect place for a stay in Hanoi. We had 3 months and loved it. Most things are walkable, you have all you need close by if you are not in the mood for walking. For us, it was perfect. The apartment might not be brand new, but it is in perfect condition and is well-kept. We felt at home. We had read about the noise from the school across the street - and true, some days they like their loudspeaker a little too much, but it was usually only for a short time. It was nothing major for us. The apartment is a little strange. I guess it was designed by a very creative person, but it made it a little fun. We highly recommend this place and will certainly pick it if we return to Hanoi.

I'm from the USA and I lived at Tofu's house for 2 months while working in Hanoi at the hospital. It felt just like home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful and kind when i had a dripping faucet (they replaced it immediately). The place was cozy, quiet, and private. I loved sitting both in the lobby to get work done as well as on the roof with the 5 cats! They became my great friends. Thank you for having me <3

Amazing stay at Onsen Ecopark! Everything exceeded my expectations during my one-night visit. The apartment was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local services that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location at Onsen Ecopark is fantastic, and I loved being able to experience the resort amenities. Communication was smooth throughout, and check-in/check-out was seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and hope to return in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

100% recommended. Surroundings are very relaxing, you can enjoy a walk around the lake. Also a lot of restaurants and shops near the premises, the Onsen is a big plus which is inside the building. Mai is super friendly and attentive.

We stayed 2 months with our 2 children. The room was clean and comfortable and the facilities were nice and convenient. Betty and David were great hosts and helped us when needed. There is a large park nearby with some animals which was a good experience for the kids.

Amazing room for 2 people, very well maintained, value for money, echo park is the High light for this appartment, people who looking for peaceful stay with nature feeling you can choose this home for long term. you can find all cooking items, refrigerator,washer, dryer smart Tv with High speed internet facility and good interior decoration.

Mai Kenny is an incredibly attentive host — from getting around to all the little things to making sure every detail was perfect. This has truly been the best Airbnb experience so far from all my stays. Mai Kenny went above and beyond in every way, and honestly deserves a 6-star rating if that were possible. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares this much about their guests’ comfort. Highly recommended!

It was an incredible 4-week stay. A very pleasant neighborhood away from the bustle of Hanoi and yet close thanks to the bus that picks you up in front of the building to drop you off in the historic center of Hanoi. Impeccable apartment with a superb view from the 26th floor. Mai Kenny has always been responsive to questions. I give this apartment 5 stars without a problem, and it's also very bright. Shops, restaurants and other businesses at the foot of the building. I will book again during my next stay in Hanoi.
