Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gia Viễn District

The host is very friendly, nice and enthusiastic. The room is airy and tidy. Everything was very good. The experience here was great. We had a little difficulty at first about finding the place, as it was easy to get the name wrong with the other homestay.

I do not have words to describe what an awesome experience Thuan’s property is. It’s a small homestay (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.). Run mainly by family. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, good A/C, and pool was delightful. Morning breakfasts were absolutely spot on. We walked in as guests, left as family. I absolutely recommend asking Thuan for his driver (his brother), in showing you the sights. Húu was a super friendly guy, very nice car, punctual, and probably was the best driver we have had in a foreign country. Also if you are lucky enough to have My along for excursions, she is a good translator, and knows the area well, and will get you through the crowds efficiently in the high tourist areas. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, but you do need a car or driver. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds impeccable. You can see the family takes great pride.

An idyllic place to enjoy the many sights around. The guesthouse is quiet, nicely decorated with a pool. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I recommend the host's small dishes which is discreet and available. She allowed me to have a really nice time with her family. Many services are offered: bike and scooter rental, change, massages, bus booking, ... I was given a map and many tips for visits. The smile and kindness of the hosts are a joy. I recommend this lovely family. I felt so good that I decided to extend my stay. Don't hesitate for a second!

Welcoming and flexible host, breakfast included and very good! The environment is nice and close to activities on Ninh Binh. They also rent scooters on site for a reasonable price. We were very pleased with our stay! Only downside: we booked a room with a view of bamboo and were finally accommodated in a room that had no view.

What a wonderful Homestay for our trip to Ninh Binh! The room we had was spacious and clean. The wifi was faster than what we thought it would be for Ninh Binh. When we did a speed test we got around 50mbps for the download and about 15mbps for upload. It’s within easy walking distance to minimarts, even a little pharmacy at the end of the street, and other restaurants. We also had food and drinks at the Homestay which are delicious. Portion sizes are pretty good too. It was easy to get around using the motorbikes we hired from the Homestay. The family here are very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and generous. They really did make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Trang An is such a beautiful part of Ninh Binh and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend Kong’s Homestay!

Thanks for having us! We were welcomed by a lovely host and the rooms had a beautiful view over the fields and mountains. You also can rent scooters or bikes. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. One thing to mention: in our room we only had the main light with 200% brightness wich has the romantic atmosphere of an operation room. Otherwise it’s nearly perfect and a thing to look over :)

Nice little cosy hotel. Room was spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids). Bed was comfortable. All in all clean (not super-clean). Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. You can rent a bike for little money and explore the area. Restaurants in walking distance. Host are very nice. We liked it!

We had an incredible stay at the Lotus Field homestay. Duy was amazingly helpful and communication with him prior to arrival was fast and responsive. He helped us hire private transportation to and from the homestay (since Grab drivers don't usually go all the way to the property). The driver was wonderful, helping us to explore many locations and enjoy our time in Ninh Binh. The bungalow was spacious, clean, and comfortable!

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and had a great stay. We can recommend the hotel to everyone. Thank you for the hospitality, the rich and delicious breakfast and the free bikes.

We had a great time during our stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay. The house is surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and  a vegetables garden. It feels like home and the family were super friendly, funny, very enthusiastic and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their English was very limited but we had a lot of fun using Google translate. We had a Vietnamese dinner with the family, 100K vnd pp, which was worth it. The food was delicious and it's like all you can eat. You also can specify your dietary requirements in advance. The breakfast was provided and simple but delicious. Hung, our host, wasn't there but the family welcomed us and you also can communicate with Hung through airbnb and he responded immediately. The room was comfortable and looked new. You can use the family kitchen on the ground floor. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition.

We arrived very early via a night bus and despite the fact that the Check in was that from 2pm we were able to leave our belongings from 11am in our room, and in the meantime we were able to have breakfast. The hostesses speak English well, which made it easier for us to connect, our room was clean and had a private bathroom, possibility to rent bicycles by the day. Very good value accommodation, well located and quiet. The little extra: one bottle of fresh water offered per person when you leave

Really nice place with a big space in the room and comfortable beds. It’s in a good location you can easily walk around tam coc to restaurants etc. We arrived extremely early in the morning and the kind family were nice enough to let us go into our room at that early hour for a small amount extra. Really kind people.

host of an extreme kindness, always helpful , location is in the middle of the activities, 1.5 km for mua cellar, 4 km for tam coc made with the bikes provided free of charge. the kitchen is super good with fresh produce and very well served for a good price. the only small point is the rooster who sings at 4am for those who have a light sleep but it's nature

My boyfriend and I were very well received. We were able to book a scooter quickly as well as bicycles. The pool is very large and pleasant. The room is peaceful and spacious. However, the air conditioning right in front of the bed is not a very good idea. Otherwise, the communication was very fluid, responsive and friendly. The food is also delicious! We recommend this Airbnb, which is close enough to all the activities without being noisy.

We stayed here a few nights with another family .The location is peaceful, and run by a beautiful family. The food was fresh and tasty and they were very accommodating. A perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beauty of Ninh binh. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Unfortunately, we only had two nights, which wasn't enough at all. Highly recommend and stay there for some time - the place is worth it.

I originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 5 in total. Mike and his family are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed his sister’s breakfasts - very tasty! The room was large and pretty clean, AC/fan/fridge all worked perfectly. If you ride a scooter then the location is perfect, if you don’t (like me) then it could be a little inconvenient, although there are restaurants close by and you can walk a minute to the main road and take a grab taxi. The food is simple, home cooked stuff - with very generous portions and a fair price. Beer, water etc is also fairly priced. I was doing some online teaching during my stay, there is a small table in the room and the WiFi is fast, although there was one day we had a power cut and I had some issues with a couple of classes, so keep that in mind if you’re a ‘digital nomad’ / teacher. Overall, I’d like to thank Mike and his family for having me to stay and I would happily stay there again.

Nice and spacious rooms set in serene surroundings - hills, greenery and little ponds. the kind of place where you could just sit and watch the day go by,if that's your thing. Not far from Trang An boating pier and Hang Mua caves.

The home is as beautiful as the photos and description of the host. Nice host. Only the day I came to the child, the owner did not have a house, the water was out so it was a bit inconvenient. This issue was fixed later. If you need a quiet spot to rest with your family and relatives, this is also a reasonable point. From here go to Tam Chuc Pagoda about 30-40p drive.

We did not stay here because of a last minute issue but they set us up with cosiana honestly and I can’t recommend that place enough. They gave us an itinerary with prices and suggestions along with included breakfast that was sooo yummy. They also held our stuff for us after checkout with no extra charge. Loved this place so much and glad we ended up with them!
