The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

It’s located in the heart of town on the left bank of the Arno, just a 5 minute walk from major monuments, is full of bars, art galleries, and very close to the city’s most beautiful gardens. The studio apartment has a queen size bed, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, overlooks Via di San Niccolò with a view of the tower.

From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the city's rooftops, including Brunelleschi's dome and the synagogue's dome. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.

San Niccolò Apartment

The house consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a small but comfortable living room. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room. One of the two bedrooms watches directly onto Via San Niccolò while the other overlooks the interior court. The living room also overlooks the internal courtyard with two windows - still the space is very bright and above all very quiet.
