This 1940’s warehouse conversion is conveniently tucked away in the heart of Lower Gibsons. Our stylish Laneway suite has its own charming, private entrance and is the perfect base for exploring the area. Easily accessed by public transit from the mainland, you can skip the ferry lineup! There are many great restaurants and cafes within a short walk or head to the public market and build your own picnic. We are 3 blocks to a nice swimming beach and minutes from kayak, SUP and scooter rentals.

Top floor of cottage on the ocean with view across the straits to Nanaimo/Vancouver Island. Short ferry ride from the mainland. Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Enjoy a Micro Cabin experience at this centrally located acreage in Upper Gibsons. The Shanty is a Micro Cabin with a bedroom Loft and outdoor trough tub on our 2.5 acre property on Reed Road. This Cabin is a super funky, private and has a laid back feel. Our property is within walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. We are dog friendly and welcome sociallized, neutered/spade dogs to romp in the yard with our four. We have limited cooking facilities (toaster oven, induction stove-top and BBQ) and encourage our guests to support the local restaurants.
