We will be happy to assist you with the purchase of a myki card/cards for your public transport. We have provided you with a detailed information folder and every instruction manual for all appliances and locks in the apartment. We live 15 to 20 minutes drive away from the apartment. It is therefore important that guests message us or telephone us prior to check-in date to give us details of anticipated time of arrival. If you are arriving from overseas and do not have access to local calls on arrival, it is important that you send us your flight details and arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in date so that we can track your flight (in case it is delayed or early) and be at the apartment to meet you and hand over keys and show you around the apartment and complex. Thereafter, you will be left in peace and quiet to enjoy your stay in "your home away from home". Hawthorn is a beautiful, green upmarket suburb just minutes from the city with picnic spots, parks, biking, and hiking trails. The shopping precincts of Richmond, Malvern, Prahran, and South Yarra are only short tram stops away. The tram stop is outside the main front door for Tram Routes 16 & 74 or 5 minutes walk to Riversdale Road or Burwood Road tramlines. Barkers Road will take you to Richmond and Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre or take a leisurely walk along Burwood Road and the Yarra River. Catch Route 75 trams along Riversdale Road to Etihad Stadium, Cooks' Cottage, Melbourne Aquarium, Federation Square and Bridge Road shopping or in the other direction to Vermont South. Catch Route 70 trams to Swan Street Shopping Centre, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Docklands, Melbourne Aquarium, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena and AAMI Park. Glenferrie Train Station is your nearest station. It is just a 6 minute walk from the apartment and nearly all express trains stop at Glenferrie Station. The train will take you to Melbourne Central in under 10 minutes. Glenferrie Station is on the Lilydale, Belgrave and Alamein lines. Even crossing the road is not difficult as you have crossing lights on either side of your location. Feel safe with security cameras in the common areas of the building. The building and apartment are wheelchair accessible. The apartment is so quiet and surrounded by greenery, birds and butterflies- you wouldn't believe you are in an apartment with every convenience at your doorstep.

The apartment is in excellent condition, it is an older style deco apartment with large rooms which is typical of this era. The kitchen has Miele appliances and all the essential cooking equipment. There is a fireplace in the lounge room for the winter months. It also has a lovely view of the bay. The apartment consists of separate kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms are available to guests booking the apartment. If required there is a further room including laundry facilities for longer stays of 5 plus days. Contact for guests is available throughout the stay on mobile. We can meet you at the property to ensure you are comfortably settled in or if more convenient we can leave keys in the key safe. Located just across from the beach in St Kilda West, the apartment is close to delights both natural and cultural. Walk the famous Beaconsfield Parade Promenade, relax at the St Kilda Sea Baths, convenient local transport to city, cultural centres and sporting arenas, head to the buzzing neighborhood cafes, or to the restaurant across the road to take in the sunset. The number 12 Tram runs on the street directly behind the apartment, it connects to the city. It runs through South Melbourne, along Collins Street making easy access to the Tennis Centre and the MCG. The number 96, a 5 min walk, is the light rail that runs down Bourke Street and into Carlton and Fitzroy. There are Green Cars available for hire and cabs or Ubers are plentiful in the area. Complimentary supplies are left for a breakfast with tea and coffee. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and hair straightener for convenience. If required we can prepare hampers or, we can do some shopping with a brief and your budget.

Our quaint little cottage is set on a dairy farm in west Gippsland. It is self contained and provides accommodation for 1,2 , 3, or 4people.All cooking equipment is available in the kitchen and a carport is at the door. Glorious views of state forest. Suitable for children but need supervision. A coonara and fire equipment is provided, although it is essential that you bring a bag of firewood, available in the local town or petrol stations on the way.Also 2 other heaters.
