The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Ideal if your into bird watching, bush walking, or hiking. All our water comes from the little Yarra rivers tributaries so it's clean, untreated and fresh. The house stays very warm in winter with a cozy wood fire and cool in the summer shaded by a large beech tree.
