Holiday rentals with beach access in Gipuzkoa

Inge’s place was one of the best guest accommodations we have ever stayed in. Luxurious, specious, squeaky clean, very comfortable bed and all the furniture, little touches like fresh flowers in rooms, great location to visit the area (once you get used to the road up it’s not that bad ;), nice walks for dogs straight from the house, great views and super helpful host. We all loved the place and would definitely stay again, if allowed. Thank you again, Inge for everything ❤️

Vanesa is a wonderful host. Her apartment is lovely. Comfortable, spacious and attractive. She is proactive, for example, letting us know the weather forecast. Vanesa provided breakfast for us. This is a most pleasing extra. Her local recommendations are excellent. San Sebastián is a beautiful city. Staying in Vanesa’s apartment is perfect for a stay in the city. Thank you Vanesa. Su and her place in San Sebastián are great — the reviews speak for themselves. She’s very communicative, super helpful in getting you situated in the area, and can help you make really hard-to-find reservations (Elkano, for example). She helps with daily recommendations and her place is clean, exactly as described, and located right in the middle of La Parte Vieja of San Sebastián, 50 steps from the best pintxos in the world. 5 stars!!

Très bel appartement lumineux, très bien agencé et décoré ! Équipement parfait également. Vue très agréable et situation idéale proche de la vielle ville et de la plage. Communication très fluide en amont, pendant et après le séjour avec Veronica ! Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Appartement excellent, tout comfort et très bien placé: rue calme dans le cœur de la vieille ville. Maria connait très bien San Sebastian et vous donne plaines d'idées pour visiter la ville et découvrir la gastronomie locale! Pour moi c'était le logement idéal pour trois jours de San Sebastian...

Todo ha estado genial, el apartamento de Marian tal y como se ve en las fotos, con todas las comodidades y lo que pudieses necesitar para estar alojado allí. Un apartamento bonito, cómodo, limpio que te hace sentir en casa y Marian atenta a cualquier cosa que pudiésemos necesitar, así como ofrecernos consejos y ayuda para movernos desde Rentería. Así da gusto alojarse.

What a brilliant trip, one of our best ever! From the moment we arrived, our hosts Miguel and his wife made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment, located in the heart of the Gros area, was perfect... It was clean, safe, and ideally situated for exploring San Sebastián. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Miguel and his wife went above and beyond, providing us with helpful information and even a lot of food, which was so appreciated. Although we don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, we easily communicated through a phone app and it worked just fine! A special mention to the lovely lady in the nearby coffee shop who had my coffee ready each morning before I even asked such a nice touch. The food in the local restaurants was outstanding, especially the pizza place below the apartment honestly one of the best we’ve had and great value too. Would we return to this apartment and location? Absolutely, 100% yes. Thank you, Miguel and your wonderful wife, for everything.

Joseba a été un excellent hôte. Très réactif et sympathique. Le logement était conforme et nous avons été très bien accueilli par sa sœur. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et profiter de la ville des notre arrivée. Le logement est bien situé avec une terrasse très agréable avec une belle vue, 2 belles chambres. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Très satisfait de notre séjour !

El piso estaba fenomenal. No le faltaba ningún detalle. Muy buena ubicación, en el centro cerca del puerto y de la playa. Miren es una anfitriona encantadora. Nos ha dado referencias de sitios que visitar que nos han ayudado en nuestro viaje. Repetiremos, sin duda, si volvemos por la zona.

Lorea was an excellent host, flexible on check in timings and very accommodating. Her house was extremely cosy to stay in and the garden was fantastic!

We spent a week here. It was comfortable and well equipped for our family group, which included a toddler, baby and dog. The garden is ideal for both adults and children. The location was really good, within walking distance to both beach and San Pedro Street (where all restaurants are). Bus to San Sebastian from end of the Street was useful. The house was very clean and kitchen really well equipped. Communication with hosts was particularly good - they responded very quickly. I would be happy to return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette villa ! Jorge, le propriétaire, a été très réactif et vraiment aimable du début à la fin. Le logement est parfaitement situé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des environs. Tout était conforme à l’annonce : les équipements étaient complets et fonctionnels. La villa en elle-même est hyper top, confortable, propre et très agréable à vivre. Nous recommandons vivement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

We loved staying in Eneko’s place! It was in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood about 20-30 min walk to the old town. The apartment itself was super well equipped with everything we needed. Eneko also very kindly picked us up from the bus station when we arrived really late on a Friday night and gave us loads of recommendations for things to do in San Sébastien.

Wir wurden von Espe und Juan sehr freundlich begrüßt. Ach einer kurzen aber umfassender Einweisung konnte unser Urlaub beginnen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, ruhig gelegen. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, in 25 Minuten in der Altstadt. Allerdings gibt es viele Treppen zu bewältigen - v.a. auf dem Rückweg. Es gibt aber auch eine gute Busverbinding. Der Bus hält nur wenige Meter vom Haus. Nicht nur in der Altstadt, sondern auch im Kiez gibt es zahlreiche Pintxo-Bars... Check-In & Check-Out waren unproblematisch.

Excellent stay and highly recommend! Urko was extremely helpful and responsive. The location was beautiful and the view was outstanding. Easy walk to town and close to many restaurants. Beds were comfortable and everything was pristine.

Helen kept us well informed of where to park and arrival instructions. We arrived later than expected due to car issues and she arranged for a lovely helpful friend to meet us. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, with everything that you could need plus lots of extra touches. There was milk, Beer, water and soft drink in the fridge which was appreciated and plenty of tea/ coffee and condiments if needed. The apartment was spacious and everywhere smelt clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Helens place

This is a fabulous place to stay. Four good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a spa bath and one with a shower. There is a very large lounge with comfortable sofas and a largeTV. There is a nice outdoor terrace and a very well stocked kitchen. Cristina clearly loves her home.

L’appartement est une pépite ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’appartement est bien rangé et fonctionnel. Décoration très sympa! La chambre et lit très confortable. La salle de bain est grande, sans vis à vis. La vue sur la mer était extraordinaire. Je recommande à 100%

Fabulous location and beautiful home. Only 5 minute walk from the amazingly beautiful beach with great surfing opportunities, 2 minutes to a supermarket, less than 10 min to a train station for day trips to San Sebastian. My parents, 2 kids, brother, husband and I each had sufficient space in this roomy, lovely apartment. We cooked a lot in the kitchen. We felt like we were staying in a loved family home with great character. Maria is such a responsive and helpful host.

L'appartamento è superfunzionale e pulitissimo, dotato di ottimi elettrodomestici. La vista sull'oceano è spettacolare, il giardino comodo per pranzare fuori e godersi il sole. È vicinissimo alla spiaggia, raggiungibile da una scala a due passi dalla casa. Bea è super disponibile, pronta a darvi indicazioni su luoghi e attività. Check in e comunicazione ottimi. Torneremo.

excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment with a nice terrace. appreciate having laundry soap, paper towels etc available so we didnt have to go out and buy these. expensive apt compared to other comparable apartments I have stayed at in France and Spain but my understanding is that San Sebastian is one of the most expensive locations in Sapin.
