A pleasure to have stayed at Peio's house, we were very comfortable, we will repeat!

We had a wonderful time there. Stunning views, child-friendly environment, close to the coast. The house was beautiful.

Beautiful house in a spectacular natural setting. The outdoor area is a delightful one. Kids have really enjoyed it. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Ramón has been fluid, giving us a lot of information about the house and the area. As areas for improvement I would say that the common areas (living room and kitchen) are also spacious but could have been cleaner and more welcoming. The sofas are old and not very comfortable. The house isn't very bright. Despite that, I would recommend the house because the stay was good and the area is worth it.

Perfect accommodation and the treatment from the host was unbeatable. They made us feel right at home, helping us with any of our needs. Many thanks to Eneko and his family We will be back

Spectacular view. Incredibly comfortable space, Great hiking right from the front door. We were here for 5 nights and could’ve stayed longer. Early May seems like a quiet time in the area, the weather was cool and a little rainy which we enjoyed. Julen is very friendly and communicative.

Really nice flat with everything there! Good kitchen and quite location. Lovely place!

Very spacious house with a large garden and " tent" of work to be able to do barbecue. It does not have Wi-Fi. We were staying with two families with six children and were very comfortable. Rustic dwelling with fireplace in quiet village. Highly recommended to disconnect. Mikel was pending helping us on arrival at the house and giving us all kinds of information to make routes around Leitza.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay here. The property is beautifully rustic - picturesque and peaceful surroundings, everything we needed inside and plenty of room for us all. The property location is perfect for exploring the local area and nearby coast. We spent several days going to San Sebastián and loved the convenience of being close but not too close! The owners were kind and very helpful, responding quickly if we had a question. We would definitely recommend a holiday here!

We had a great time! The welcome was absolutely perfect, warm and attentive from our arrival. We enjoyed the small products left for us for a small breakfast (farm eggs, jams, excellent white cheese and more). The setting is very pleasant, with well-maintained and charming places. We particularly enjoyed the presence of animals around us (peacocks, donkeys, chickens, geese, etc.), which brought a very appreciable touch of nature. The proximity of San Sebastian is a real plus, allowing for beautiful getaways without too much driving. And of course, the pool was superb: clean, well-equipped, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. A place we recommend without hesitation.

Everything was as advertised.

The location is great if you're looking for tranquility and being away from the city center. Great area to be close to mountains and routes but at the same time as the beaches and San Sebastian. The house is charming and very comfortable. Ana is a great host. Delivered and very close. Take care of guests' details, cleanliness, and comfort. The stay is very pleasant and decomplicated. If you go with dogs - they'll have a pipe with their dogs that are just as friendly.

Beautiful place in serene surroundings, and just a short, idyllic walk from the center. Large and well equipped kitchen with lots of charm and amazing views. Host Ana was so helpful, kind and generous. Highly recommended!
