Holiday rentals with beach access in Gipuzkoa

We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby and had a very comfortable stay. Would stay here against and recommend to others. It can get noisy from the road below and needs better blinds / curtains (the ones there are only privacy blinds and the sun shines through). Also, keep in mind there is no AC and although it was only 20C during our stay, it got very warm. I do think it’s a little on the expensive side for what it is, but really nice stay!

Olga and Jorge’s home was an absolute delight. Perfectly located in the heart of Donostia, it’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped and generously stocked with amenities—Olga and Jorge have truly thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched, and they provided us with many helpful tips and local insights. The use of their parking space was an added bonus and made exploring the area even easier. San Sebastián itself is incredible, and this home made our stay all the more memorable. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return someday. With San Martin Square just outside the door—featuring a supermarket, cafés, and great shopping—and the beach only steps away, the location couldn’t be better. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had.

We felt very comfortable in Olatz accommodation. Inside the apartment, it is quiet and on the beautiful balcony with flowers, you can simultaneously follow life on the beautiful, authentic square. The church bells are discreet and not at all disturbing. The bed is very comfortable! Olatz is super warm and helpful. The communication was extremely nice and the refrigerator was even filled on arrival, so you quickly feel at home.

This is a lovely apartment in a very special place. Really cosy and comfortable with wonderful buildings all around. Great bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. Alvaro was really helpful getting us settled and providing lots of tips on the locality. He helped us find a parking spot and took us to the apartment - you have to park your car a few minutes away. Parking is scarce so once parked we didn’t move the car. Not a problem as we were only here a couple of nights and everything is walkable. Highly recommended.

Su and her place in San Sebastián are great — the reviews speak for themselves. She’s very communicative, super helpful in getting you situated in the area, and can help you make really hard-to-find reservations (Elkano, for example). She helps with daily recommendations and her place is clean, exactly as described, and located right in the middle of La Parte Vieja of San Sebastián, 50 steps from the best pintxos in the world. 5 stars!!

Stunning apartment, great views, really well located. Comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches. Would gladly recommend to anyone, and it's even better than the pictures.

Rosa was there to meet us early so we could drop our bags. She went through the apartment with us, showed us how the washer worked, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and was incredibly nice. She even arranged a taxi for us on the morning of our departure. The apartment location was ideal and looked exactly as described in the listing. I would be happy to stay here again.

Joseba was an excellent host. Very responsive and nice. The accommodation was compliant and we were very well received by his sister. We were able to leave our luggage and enjoy the city from our arrival. The accommodation is well located with a very nice terrace with a beautiful view, 2 beautiful bedrooms. It has everything you need. Very happy with our stay!

Beautiful home with high class style. Half block to the sea and walking path to city. Was a lovely place for a family as each room is on its own level so it gives adults some privacy from kids. Beautiful and elegant highly recommend.

Lorea was an excellent host, flexible on check in timings and very accommodating. Her house was extremely cosy to stay in and the garden was fantastic!

Nice house and in good location! It's worth the visit...

We spent a week here. It was comfortable and well equipped for our family group, which included a toddler, baby and dog. The garden is ideal for both adults and children. The location was really good, within walking distance to both beach and San Pedro Street (where all restaurants are). Bus to San Sebastian from end of the Street was useful. The house was very clean and kitchen really well equipped. Communication with hosts was particularly good - they responded very quickly. I would be happy to return.

We had a great stay with friends in this villa! Jorge, the owner, was very responsive and really kind from start to finish. The accommodation is perfectly located, which allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings. Everything was as advertised: the equipment was complete and functional. The villa itself is super top, comfortable, clean and very pleasant to live in. We strongly recommend and would not hesitate to return!

We loved staying in Eneko’s place! It was in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood about 20-30 min walk to the old town. The apartment itself was super well equipped with everything we needed. Eneko also very kindly picked us up from the bus station when we arrived really late on a Friday night and gave us loads of recommendations for things to do in San Sébastien.

It was great staying at Urko’s place. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, clean and tidy with amazing views and very quiet. Urko is a great host who was always very responsive, helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure staying at his place!

Helen kept us well informed of where to park and arrival instructions. We arrived later than expected due to car issues and she arranged for a lovely helpful friend to meet us. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, with everything that you could need plus lots of extra touches. There was milk, Beer, water and soft drink in the fridge which was appreciated and plenty of tea/ coffee and condiments if needed. The apartment was spacious and everywhere smelt clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Helens place

This is a fabulous place to stay. Four good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a spa bath and one with a shower. There is a very large lounge with comfortable sofas and a largeTV. There is a nice outdoor terrace and a very well stocked kitchen. Cristina clearly loves her home.

The apartment is a gem! Loved our stay. The apartment is tidy and functional. Very nice decor! The room and bed are very comfortable. The bathroom is large, not overlooked. The sea view was amazing. I would recommend it 100%

Fabulous location and beautiful home. Only 5 minute walk from the amazingly beautiful beach with great surfing opportunities, 2 minutes to a supermarket, less than 10 min to a train station for day trips to San Sebastian. My parents, 2 kids, brother, husband and I each had sufficient space in this roomy, lovely apartment. We cooked a lot in the kitchen. We felt like we were staying in a loved family home with great character. Maria is such a responsive and helpful host.

View is absolutely gorgeous. Apartment is clean and spacious.

excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment with a nice terrace. appreciate having laundry soap, paper towels etc available so we didnt have to go out and buy these. expensive apt compared to other comparable apartments I have stayed at in France and Spain but my understanding is that San Sebastian is one of the most expensive locations in Sapin.
