Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Gran cobertura de wifi que os va a permitir trabajar en cualquier zona de la casa, también en la zona exterior. Ubicada en una calle peatonal, con comercios de todo tipo muy cercanos.

Duplex ideal for families. Located in S'Agaró-Sant Pol, in a quiet area, just 200 m from the beach of Sant Pol. It has a terrace and a large patio, two bathrooms and three double bedrooms. The bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs, the kitchen, the living room and the second bathroom on the first floor. It is equipped with air conditioning in the kitchen and upstairs, and fans in the bedrooms. There is a communal parking area, parking spaces are not assigned.
