Family-friendly holiday rentals in Gironde estuary

Myself and 7 friends spend 3 nights here and we had the most incredible stay. It is rare to book a unit where there are no bad bedrooms, but all 5 bedrooms in this unit were perfection! Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and full private bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen and living room spaces were equally as great, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! We also loved the location right next to the park and walking distance from all the city's main attractions.

Very nice stay in Franck's villa, very welcoming person and very good advice, the house is very well located near shops and places to visit and very well equipped, and thank you again for all these little touches on arrival. We will not hesitate to come back. Valerie.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

We had a very good time in this accommodation, we will probably come back! The jacuzzi is really great and allows an optimal relaxing break in a very quiet green setting.

Excellent stay at Sophie's, the accommodation is ideal for a couple, there is everything as at home. Very quiet environment, and the restaurant recommended by Sophie was excellent.

Perfect apartment for 1 family with 2 children or 3 adults We would have really felt at home, everything was there. Beautiful independent terrace visually and with the hot tub. The person dedicated to reception/checkout is responsive and very nice. If I have a chance, I'll pick it up right away Don't hesitate!!!

Upon our arrival, JP was there to welcome us, smiling, kind and friendly. He introduced us to the place, which was completely in line with the description of the listing. During our stay, he was very discreet, although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the center of Royan. A charming cottage very close to st emilion town and very close to the station. Sophie was very kind to pick us up and really helpful with suggestions on good restaurants and places to visit. This is the second time we have stayed at Loustalet. Need I say more? Extremely comfortable home, everything we needed for a family holiday. Nightingales sang in the woods, buzzards and kites soared above us and we were visited by hares and deer in the garden. The house is well situated for what we needed in Castillion la Bataille and close enough to enjoy Saint Emilion and Libourne. Our host was extremely attentive and helpful yet respected our privacy and we are surely to return again.

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Great base to explore the area, but you'll need a car! Rauzan 5 minutes down the road has everything you'll need, bakery, butchers, groceries and pizza restaurant! A great place to relax, would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at Elise and Marcel's! The accommodation is really great and the amenities are really well suited for a weekend with family or friends with children.

The place is great. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. We were in the accommodation out of season and had virtually no neighbors! Gaëlle is a great host who takes care of all occasions directly and always responds quickly. The sea is within a few minutes' drive. The lake (Plage du Moutchic) is also just a few minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a longer stay. If you want to go to Bordeaux for a day, you can easily walk to the Marie Curie stop. The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and even has a pool. Parking is available right outside the door. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the apartment.
