L’appartamento è al pianoterra di una casa indipendente con entrata separata, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochissimi metri. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. L'appartamento è un piccolo open space suddiviso in zona notte con un letto matrimoniale, zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un comodo bagno. Può ospitare solo due adulti.
