Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gjirokastër County

The accommodation was very good, in a quiet place but close to the city center. Even if we don't speak the same language, the host was welcoming and responsive by message. I recommend it!

Great hosts really communicative and kind, they were reallly understanding and helpful about one of us accidentally breaking something at the house. They also had great suggestions of places to go to and people to rent cars from. They seem like amazing people and the property was stunning :)

One of the best/cleanest/comfortable places I have ever been. aircon/tv/hob/fridge amazing shower. can't find a fault apart from a 🐩 barking.🤣 Beautiful girl host teacher.

Authentic Albanian apartment which has huge benefit of parking and easy by car. The terrace has beautiful views. It is also very close to all of the sights on foot - be ready for the hills! If you don’t mind the bedrooms being adjoined, this is a great place to stay.

Blerta’s home was a dream stay for us. It was peaceful in every way and very clean. We hope to come back soon!

We had wonderful days at the apartment of Hatixhe. It was very cozy and the Terrasse was beautiful with plants :) everything we needed was there . We felt like home :) our highlight were the cats around, all were very cute :) Hatixhe is a very friendly person and we would love to stay there again :)

The apartment is great, spacious, clean and very new. The view to the city is very beautiful. Easy access to the roads to explore the beaches. I recommend it if you are by car, as it is impractical on foot, but to explore the beaches, you need a car, so it is almost mandatory. After leaving the main street and taking a narrow uphill street, the GPS says right and right again, which leads to error, just go left. I got lost a couple of times because of it, but you'll get used to it. Eri is very kind and always responded very quickly. My wife and I even stayed an extra day beyond what we expected. I recommend it.

Mira is a very responsive and super available host. The lady who lives above the airbnb and manages the property is super nice as well. The apartment is as described in the listing with a beautiful castle view from the kitchen window and from the outdoor sitting area. The location of the apartment is in a super peaceful area and you can feel the calm during all times of the day. The on site parking at the premises is available as well. The old town centre is a 25-30 mins by walk but only 6-8 mins by car. (Parking in the old town centre is very difficult ) Thank you for making our stay so much enjoyable.

We loved our stay here. The apartment felt comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. Claudio is a fantastic host, very helpful and attentive. My young daughters loved how close we were to the play area and the beach. We had delicious local cuisine at great prices. Sarande is an amazing place to visit, the apartment was in the best location, not far away from the center but in a quieter part of the bay. 100% recommend and we would love to return one day. It is a very spacious and modern apartment In a quiet location but everything is still close We were there only 3 nights but it can be 14 nights without problems

Flat is 6 min away from the castle by car. The flat is lovely and is well equipped. Parking is easy to find in the street.

Fadile was a wonderful host! We really appreciated the refreshing watermelon when we arrived - it was a perfect welcome after our long journey.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions. Everything in the apartment was new and fresh — plenty of towels and bed linen, and a baby crib was kindly provided for us. The location is perfect, right in the center of Saranda, close to restaurants and the promenade. The view over the city is absolutely stunning, especially at night. Yes, as mentioned in other reviews, you can hear some city noise in the evening — but I wouldn’t call it noise. It’s just the lively atmosphere of a vibrant holiday town. We enjoyed it and felt like we were truly on vacation. Highly recommend this place!

The accommodation offered by Sofia matches the listing, nice apartment, clean. Sofia even left us bottles of water in the fridge. The accommodation is very well located in a small hill not far from the bazaar about 5/10 min walk Thank you Sofia

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place. The apartment evev looks better then the pictures. It's clean, bright and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, easy to use washing machine, good shower, great view from the balcony (5th floor). Andrea even picked us up from the bus stand. It's just 5 minutes away from the address, like everything else; promenade, beach, shops, restaurants... We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for being such an excellent host.

Stunning location! a bit tricky to find but we were directed by one of the locals and Adi's mother was there to great us. The rooms were lovely, clean and showers good. Breakfast was prepared by Adi and his mother, and was delicious!

We had a great stay at Xhulio’s place. The kitchen was fully equipped, the surrounding views were amazing to wake up to each morning. Would absolutely recommend to anyone for their holiday! 😊

I stayed at Ermal's apartment for 4 nights and had a excellent experience. Firstly, Ermal was very communicative; he contacted me before arrival with clear instructions. His father came to meet me on the street outside of the apartment. The apartment is in a residential building in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the port, beach, and the main seafront street. The apartment is 2 minute walk from the bus stop to Ksamil, and 10 minute walk to the main bus station to the Blue Eye, Gjyrokaster, and Tirana. The area is safe with lots of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket across the road. Facilities consist of every basic necessity for a few days in Saranda. Air conditioning is excellent and great balcony view. Finally, Ermal's parents, who manage the flat, are the friendliest, kindest people. They welcomed me with a beautiful breakfast the first morning and surprised me with a delicious lunch. They are the nicest hosts I have stayed with. I highly recommend Ermal's apartment.

Excellent apartment in a very central location. Very close to the public beaches, lots of restuarants and bars and within easy reach of the port. The apartment has everything necessary for staying in Sarande. Highly recommended.
