Soak up modern charm of this renovated basement fully converted into a 5 bdrm with 5 queen beds & 1 large bthrm w/ double vanity only 2 mins to the beach. It boasts large living room & huge kitchen. Although it is a basement, there are a few stairs to access the space, yet the entrances & hallways are more than 5' wide. Each bdrm has large window & black out blinds. The space is equipped with Geothermal for heating & cooling. Children and pets are welcome but please be respectful of space.
