Atlantic Ocean view! Walk along the ocean

Come stay in our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Ocean. You will love our Peaceful neighbourhood in New Waterford. What more could you ask for? Quiet, Very clean Guests have access to entire property, including a pathway that runs down to the ocean banks. You can walk along this breathtaking view for miles. The main space is an open concept layout, with a well laid out kitchen (including dishwasher), dining room table that comfortably seats 6, and the lounging area has a comfy couch and chair. This entire open concept is surrounded by windows looking out to the ocean, very peaceful. A beautiful front and back deck where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the stunning view. There is a BBQ with propane on back deck you are more than welcome to use. Two bedrooms one King size and one Queen size mattress, master bedroom has a bathroom and large walk in closet. Also has a second full bath. A convenient fully supplied Laundry room is there for your use. Since everyone asks for coffee there will be some. Please help yourself. We love our space and think you will as well. Pet friendly, nonsmoking Our home is available from June to September. We have radiant in-floor heating, Air conditioning as well If you request a stay of 7 nights or more your nightly rates will be reduced. 14 km from the airport by car

Seaside Church Conversion, sleeps 10, 2 mins beach

Soak up modern charm of this renovated basement fully converted into a 5 bdrm with 5 queen beds & 1 large bthrm w/ double vanity only 2 mins to the beach. It boasts large living room & huge kitchen. Although it is a basement, there are a few stairs to access the space, yet the entrances & hallways are more than 5' wide. Each bdrm has large window & black out blinds. The space is equipped with Geothermal for heating & cooling. Children and pets are welcome but please be respectful of space.

Cozy Spot

This is a newly built and centrally located Airbnb located within minutes of the ocean. Equipped with all the amneties of home for a nice stay , 2 bedroom's included and has lots of room including 2 bathrooms with showers in each. There is Tv's in each unit with a couch to relax. Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.
