Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Marianne Cottage at Johnsfort House. This recently renovated stone cottage is cosy and inviting especially with the sun shining on the patio or the stove lit inside. The exposed stone walls, limestone hearth and deep blue painted walls are just some of the features of this beautiful cottage. Across the courtyard is Bartholomew's Loft (go to Airbnb Bartholomewsloft), an upside down space, another fabulous place to stay in the heart of The Boyne Valley.

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
