Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

In the heart of the Bressuirais bocage, this spacious gite is the ideal place to unwind. Le Petit Bambou in Noirterre is ideally located for visiting the region: La Coulée Verte (10 minutes), the golf course (10 minutes), Le Puy du Fou (45 minutes), Futuroscope (1 hour), the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier (30 minutes), Pescalis (30 minutes), the Parc de la Vallée in Val-en-Vignes, and the beach at Les Sables d'Olonne (1 hour 30 minutes)

The 70 m² gîte in total will welcome you with all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop...). On the ground floor, there is the living room, the bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a storage room. Upstairs, the mezzanine living room with TV will allow you to relax. You will also find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.
